The space was just like the photos, clean and clean. Unbeatable views of the sea, with a practically private cove just below and staircase that you access. Ismael was kind and recommended beaches and coves to visit. He was favored to drop our bags before our check-in time, because we arrived earlier and he was flexible. Very large community terrace with tables and chairs and hammocks. Very relaxing views for both day and night. We'll be back!

The house was super clean and is as reflected in the listings. I've spent a few wonderful days of relaxation and tranquility. Communication with the guy is excellent, super friendly and attentive to everything.

The location and views were great. You could see the beach all the time.The owner provided us a lot of information to be able to see other beaches and coves and it was worth it. He was also friendly and helped us with a problem we had with the phone. In addition, the last day made it very easy for us to check out. The apartment was quite good, maybe it was missing some kitchen utensils and the pool-source I had, which would have been full.

Tracey was really nice to us. We were two couples traveling with two babies, we booked her apartment at the last minute because our accommodation was canceled, and Tracey responded super fast, kind and very nice. She made everything very easy for us. The house is very nice, just as in the photos, it has everything you need and the residential development is perfect to go with family, it has two swimming pools and a playground. Very quiet. The house was very clean. Highly recommended!!!

The situation is fantastic, with an incredible view of the beach and the ocean. Very quiet house. The house was in perfect condition and the furniture too (the second bedroom bed is a sofa bed, not a bed itself). The development is very good

Silvia was very attentive from the beginning, smooth, accurate and very pleasant communication, facilitating everything possible. Recommended place to visit the area!!

Great place to stay with a big family. Very comfortable. We loved the open floor plan and big kitchen. Patricia was very helpful, took good care of us, and answered all our questions. We also loved the short walk to the beach and the easy parking for our vehicles (hard to find in Spain!). Highly recommend!

Lovely place ideal for a family of four with good options for swimming (quiet time 4-5.30pm!) in shared pool or the beach very close. Host was very responsive and overall would recommend very highly.

Great apartment with pool and two terraces in a very quiet and familiar area. The beach is a 10 min walk away, but there are many other options a few kms drive away. Communication with Claudia has always been excellent. Also, very good value. 100% recommended.

Fans and air conditioning, perfect combo:) The decoration of very good taste (rare for the area) is super appreciated and to be highlighted! The roof top with sea view/mountain view/offers you the possibility to observe in the evening great sunsets, have breakfast under the blue sky or lunch in the shade under the pergola. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Alejandro's. The view of the ocean from the many windows was perfect. The area is quiet and laid back. The apartment had many nice comforts of home. We would definitely come again, and just wish we could've stayed longer this time.

Beautiful and cozy house, very good host

A comfortable apartment, renovated, with everything you need. Well located with respect to Zapillo beach and with restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. The only downside is that it does not have a garage and it is difficult to find parking, although in the area of El Palmeral there is usually some square in rotation. The A/C is in the living room but as the house is small it also refreshes the rooms. Good and comfortable stay.

The stay went very well. Listing is as described. This place is very well located right next to the sea, close to the paseo maritimo and bars and restaurants. In addition, the accommodation is close to the center of Almeria and its historical sites ( Al Cazaba, the cathedral, etc.). The host is friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. In conclusion, I highly recommend this property.
