Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Daniyar was a great person , he waited for us hours just to check-us-in too early .. The house was bigger than the pictures , clean and cozy , beautiful apple trees in the back yard , I strongly recommend it , also thanks to Daniyar’s mama she helped us a little with the cleaning , such a great family 🤍🤍🤍

Nice and spacious apartment with everything you may need for your stay (cooking utensils, detergent, shampoo etc). It’s a house with a small private area just for you (which is very nice :), ground floor. Wi-fi worked pretty well, a bit slower in the evenings though, but it was OK. Safe neighbourhood, close to the local grocery shops; bigger supermarkets are within walking distance too. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend it! The owner also has gifted us some chocolate - so kind of her and adorable! We would love to stay here again :)

Our stay at Damir’s villa in Kazakhstan was amazing! We were three families with a total of eight children, and the villa exceeded all our expectations. With four spacious bedrooms, ample washrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, it perfectly accommodated our large group while ensuring everyone had their own space to relax. The villa was immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained, offering all the comforts of home. The kids had plenty of room to play, and the adults enjoyed the cozy yet spacious ambiance. The host’s friendliness and attention to detail made our experience even more special. If you’re looking for a villa that’s ideal for family or group stays, this is it, less than 30 min drive from Almaty.There are couple of groceries as well close to the Villa. Damir & his parents staying in the basement will assist you with anything,anytime. Highly recommended this beautiful Villa !

Absolutely stunning location, the property is amazing, located in the mountains and as described. The host is as amazing as the property, very helpful and accommodating requests on both surroundings and check in/out. I spent the Christmas week here with my family and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to feel like at home! Highly recommend and I should most definitely come back next time I’m in Almaty.

One of the beat place to stay, I highly recommend for families. You have all the amenities in the villa. Pictures do not do justice to the place. Sanzhar was very helpful even offered us the ride back to airport. Thank for all his efforts. I highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Almaty! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured - the photos don't do it justice! We felt right at home and enjoyed our time exploring Almaty from this comfortable base.
