I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Daniyar was a great person , he waited for us hours just to check-us-in too early .. The house was bigger than the pictures , clean and cozy , beautiful apple trees in the back yard , I strongly recommend it , also thanks to Daniyar’s mama she helped us a little with the cleaning , such a great family 🤍🤍🤍

The place was very nice for a large family reunion - 13 people. All had enough space to sleep and large kitchen and living room provided space for family activities/games. Besagash is about 20-40 min to center of Almaty (depending on traffic). There is a large grocery store near by. Taxi is easy to order on taxi app and cheap. Hosts are responsive and help with problems if those come up. They can recommend places to go and help arrange transportation to local attractions, day trips to Nature sites. Would highly recommend this place. If we go back to Almaty for another Family reunion - would try to stay at this place again. Thank you very much for the great time we had there.

I truly don’t think words can do justice to the incredible experience we had at Sanzhar’s place. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity you could ask for, not to mention the stunning, breathtaking views. As a family of 8, including two young kids, we were thrilled to find a wonderful play area where the children had endless fun! What truly set this experience apart, however, was Sanzhar himself. He is the most exceptional host we’ve ever encountered. Despite our very late-night arrival, he came all the way to the airport to pick us up, ensured a seamless check-in process, and provided countless invaluable recommendations throughout our stay. He even went above and beyond to assist us with planning and logistics for our next destination. Our time at Sanzhar’s property was nothing short of unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Almaty—you won’t regret it!

The host is very much helpful before and during our stay.The place is amazingly beyond our expectation! what more during winter time, we cannot believe our eyes when we look at the view. the view is superb, the interior is well designed, the bbq is an unexpected bonus, the star gazing activity that we can do is something else. we believe staying here give a whole new and perspective to what almaty is, Far from the chaotic city life, our last 2 days in Almaty that we spend here is definitely the best desicion we ever make. We'll come back in Almaty just for this view again and again. In fact, we almost extend our stay here for another 2-3days just to stay here. The only thing stopping us was that when we check with airbnb, the place will be occupied after we check out. All in all, should you have doubt either or not to spend your money here, say no more and try it yourselves.
