We had a rest on the lake shore in the off-season - at the end of October. Reality exceeded expectations. Very cozy place - both the house and the lot near the water. Privacy, the lot is almost completely fenced. Quiet and calm, we spent a lot of time by the fire in the famous comfortable Canadian chairs. There is a kayak and a catamaran, so in the summer it is definitely even better here. The house has everything you need, even bathroom accessories and shampoos. A beautiful living room with a very comfortable soft sofa for a large company. We walked for several hours along the famous Trans-Canada Trail, which is 8 minutes from the cottage. Very beautiful autumn forest, life-giving air. We stayed in the cottage with our dog and the cottage is a very friendly place for our pet. Comfortable beds in four bedrooms and pillows too. Definitely recommend.

We spent a beautiful weekend at Marjorie and Rod’s airbnb. 3 days/2 nights. We wished we could stay longer. There propriety’s is just stunning and so peaceful! The perfect place to recharge your batteries. We went canyoning, kayaking, hiking, visiting the area. Marjorie and Rob are the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met. We are already thinking about coming at their place again. Thank you again Marjorie and Rob for your kindness and for letting us the chance to visit your beautiful place.

We stayed here for a long weekend in November and it was lovely. The cottage is spacious, clean, and well appointed. We loved the firepit outside (front yard and back) and the easy to use fireplace inside. The kitchen is great, and overall it's a great place to spend some time. Sandra was very helpful and responsive. I didn't want to leave!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kris’s place on Lake Simcoe! Our family of five enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the cold weather, and nice quiet morning walks around the neighborhood. The place was sparkling clean. We felt cozy and right at home. The fireplace on a snowy evening and watching a movie on the big tv was a great memory for us. Not too far from a variety of restaurants. There was construction going on next door but it never bothered us during the hours that we were outside. The only thing that was unexpected was that we had to bring all towels that we would need for showers and hot tub during our stay, which thankfully Kris reminded me of before we travelled. I thought it was advertised that towels were provided. Other than this issue the stay was perfect! Thank you Chris! Highly recommend for someone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The stay at Ethan’s place was excellent. There were four families and there was plenty of space. The bedrooms were spacious and all common areas had a lot of room as well. From before officially booking up until the end of our stay, Ethan was available to answer questions via messages and consistently checked in if our needs were being met during the stay. The entire home is well equipped, both inside and out. The view of the lake did not disappoint and inside alcove as well the fire pit and dock were perfect places to watch the sunset every evening. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms had all basic toiletries, and kitchen was very well appointed. The Airbnb looks exactly like the pictures and the experience was even better. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Had a weekend getaway at jed’s home, it was beautiful, in a perfect location and very clean. Pictures don’t do it justice and the view was stunning. Jed was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic condo in Friday Harbour, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that took our breath away. The condo itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. One of the highlights of our stay was the private balcony, where we spent many mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the sunset over the harbor. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Just a short walk to charming local shops, restaurants, and the marina, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Overall, our stay at this condo in Friday Harbour was exceptional. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into creating a perfect retreat. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, this place should be at the top of your list!

Idyllic gem on Georgian bay. Perfect for a small family getaway by the lake. The resort pool is a big plus for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. Jefferson is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. He kindly accommodated our request.

Booked same-day as a last-minute getaway with my 12yo daughter. Place was everything we were hoping for - great location and amenities, right on the beach, nice pool, BBQ and games. Beach area far enough from main beaches that it didn't feel busy. All units were rented but it didn't feel overrun with people - lots of space, BBQs, and activities for everyone. Vidya was extremely helpful and responsive. Would 100% book with her in the future! Thanks!

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

This Airbnb listing is a true gem! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful riverfront property to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday with our family. The highlight of our trip was the amazing fishing experience—we caught so many fish right off the dock. Our son even caught a bullfrog in the tall grass, adding to the adventure. The sauna was a wonderful touch! We loved the experience of warming up in the sauna and then taking a refreshing dip in the river. The paddle boards provided lots of fun for our family, and the kids were thrilled with the variety of outdoor games. The bonfire area was perfect for making s'mores and relaxing in the evenings. This place is a blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Highly recommend this oasis for a peaceful and fun-filled getaway. Thank you, Amanda and Joe, for being such wonderful hosts and making our stay truly memorable. We cherished every moment and can’t wait to return!

One of the best Air BNBs that I’ve stayed at in quite sometime! The home has everything you need and more! It was a pleasure to spend our summer weekend away here and we hope to be back soon!

It was great to stay at this location. My siblings who came from UK and USA were impressed with the location and the way the unit is maintained with all the amenities provided. Look forward to stay there again.

Shauna and Ken were great hosts. Their cottage was beautifully updated and the lakefront was exactly as described and photographed. We brought our three children with us and they enjoyed themselves on the shallow shore entry into the water. Shauna and Ken had paddle boards and a canoe onsite for use during our stay. They were very responsive with any questions we had.

I can highly recommend this property. Our family of 6 adults and a busy 3 1/2 yr old thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spend most of our time at the waters edge playing with the trove of toys and water craft. Inside, we found everything exactly as described and in the photos. We all found the beds comfortable with quality bedding and pillows. We did check out the massive downstairs games room. Again as described and in the photos. We had spectacular weather and spent 95% of time outside. It would have been a great rain day refuge. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days and would definitely stay there again.

Frank is very responsive and helpful! Just Loafin is beautiful, clean, and spacious! Not just my teenage kids, even my wife and myself enjoyed so much using the trampoline and kayak. The lakeview was amazing and the water was so clear! The tennis court is very well maintained. Roasted marshmallows in bonfire was a highlight! We felt totally ok without wifi as there were so much to do. The pictures didn't exegerate how big the living room is! It's huge! Very comfy couches to relax and lots of sitting areas for meals. We had 7 people so 2 bath and 1 powder room really helps. This cottage is in a nice and quiet area, at the same time it's close to the city for grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and parks. We had definitely created a lot of wonderful memories here. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at this cottage! Everything was great—perfect location, clean and cozy space, and beautiful views of the lake. The host was fantastic and very responsive. When the furnace stopped working, they quickly helped us troubleshoot and get it fixed, ensuring we were comfortable the whole time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Lots of water toys for the kids (kayaks, paddle boards etc). Walking distance to playground and town. Fishing was fun and beautiful scenery from our front window. We can’t wait to go back :)
