Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Allen County

Driving up from Texas we decided to spend Christmas in the Bowling Green area. Man this house and host were amazing. The amount of detail that Crista puts into this house is outstanding. Hand written welcome notes, restaurant recommendations, clear instructions… WOW. If you are coming to the area don’t risk staying somewhere else. This is the place to be.

The house was very neat and clean with a lot of little extras. We had a great Thanksgiving and will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in KY!

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with this place! Everything down to what we needed to cook in the kitchen was well thought out. The home was peaceful, pristine and perfect for our Christmas in the mountains. We also enjoyed walking the mountain bike path behind the house! We feel restored. We highly recommend you stay here!

This cottage was perfect! We loved our stay here. Everything was provided and the house was pristine. Clean, cozy, beautiful and comfy! The scenery and setting were amazing. Tonya was so friendly and helpful. We would love to return in the summer and bring our boat. Barren River Lake access is right down the road. We visited Mammoth and it was breathtaking. What a wonderful weekend we had. Thank you Tonya.

This home on the river is absolutely stunning and had plenty of room for my family to relax after long days in the sun. All of the sleeping arrangements were great too. The two decks in the back of the house were an outstanding place to drink our morning coffee. The views and scenery were fantastic and even saw many deer walking within feet of the house. Wow what a place!!! Will definitely be booking again for next year.

This place was very nice! It was perfect for our family to get away. The main thing I didn’t care for is it does have houses surrounding it that they don’t show in the pictures so we didn’t know that till we got there and we enjoy more privacy but the good side was the back yard was mostly hidden and with it being cold we just stayed in most the time anyways. Also with it being winter time the lake was down extremely and there wasn’t a lot of things to do in the area. Otherwise the area was very pretty and I feel like summer would be a very fun place for families to go. The house was very clean and neat! The ping pong table downstairs was great to have something to do inside. One thing about the stairs going to the basement they need a railing!! My 3 yr old nephew fell over the side cause there’s no rail and a long drop to concrete. Thankfully he was ok but that is something that needs fixed. Overall it was a great experience and much appreciated!!!

We absolutely enjoyed spending Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend.

Words wouldn’t suffice. I’ll give it a go. I hadn’t spent time with my brother & his family in nearly a decade. I also bought some family along, that made our stay just as warm as seeing my nephew’s & nieces I haven’t seen in a while one of which I’ve never met. Other than having to wash dishes prior to preparing our Thanksgiving dinner (as I left some because time didn’t permit/check out time a lil early)Dandy times was just dandy. One couldn’t ask for more privacy. The shower top notch, the water felt like you were getting a massage…My brother made use of all activities they had from corn hole to grilling & they enjoyed making smores & staying warm by the fire pit. Even the convenient store was five minutes away. It was a memorable experience one for the books. If I had to choose where I’d stay another Thanksgiving Bret’s place would be it.

This was a perfect stay for a visiting student, only a couple minutes from the hospital. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dog to run around in. The hosts were wonderful, always responding quickly to any concerns. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed in other property owned by Wayne before so we came in with high expectations. Wayne and his team met those expectations. The property fit our family's needs as well.

Booked for a co-worker from out of town--they absolutely loved the accommodations, and Mary Jane is the best host! So much better than a hotel stay, and Mary Jane ensures the rental is perfect.

Magical stay in historic district. Beautiful old house with lots of character! Loved the kitchen! Perfect for walking to fountain square. Short drive to Circus park and SoKy ice rink. Christmas parade circled right by the place. Right by a fabulous Greek restaurant. Owners provide easy check in and check out as well as excellent communication. Lovely experience.

Very cute and homey place, second stay now and loved it equally both times! Sweet area with lots of cute shops and the best coffee shop across the way!
