We had a wonderful weekend in Frostburg - and The Knit Inn was a great place to stay! The location was perfect -- we arrived on a Friday afternoon, parked the car and didn't use it again until the weekend was over! Both Frostburg and the Knit Inn are hidden gems--offering delicious meals (especially Giuseppes!), great beer, live music, and easy access to amazing hiking/cycling along the Great Allegheny Passage -- all within a short walk of The Knit Inn. Our room was comfy, we liked the vintage decor, kitchen had everything you need, everything was clean and fresh--and Jennie gave us helpful suggestions -- including the Walking Tour Map of Frostburg. We want to go back and do things we didn't get to do this time -- (Tracks and Yaks!) - and we will make sure we can get a room at the Knit Inn again.

Great stay! Just what I needed for me and my pup. It has what you need for cooking, comfortable living room, and amazing outdoor views. The neighbors were friendly and all my questions were quickly responded by Donna.

This is a beautiful place, so peaceful. the house has everything that we needed. Big yard with a river entry. Close to hikes and restaurants. we really enjoyed our time there, disconnect from the city noise.

We had such a great time during our stay at Love's house. The house is very close to downtown and everything else. The house is very well maintained and super clean. Big space for our kids to play. Three bedrooms are totally enough for our big family. The two biggest highlights and surprises of our stay are: 1. The house has a nicely fenced backyard, which is perfect for our dog to have enough outdoor time during our busy travel schedule. 2. Love is such a wonderful host! She is very enthusiastic to assist us in every possible way. She gave us detailed recommendations on indoor activities in the cold days. She responds right away. And she even brought some small toys for our young kids! Kids are thrilled! Thank you! In all, its a wonderful home and wonderful host. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Cumberland.

We found the space on Race to be just what we needed for the motivation to get up and go to our daily bluegrass festival at the fairgrounds. If you needed something last minute, the Dollar Tree was a quick walk down the hill. The kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and eating routines. The couches were comfortable and the WiFi worked fine. All in all, this was a good location to suit our needs.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We were coming a day after a snow storm and the power was out. She let us know the moment she knew the power was out. She kept us informed that it should be back on by checkin time but could not guarantee it due to being out of her control. Fortunately the power was on for us. Great communication!

We thought this home was even nicer than the pictures. 10/10 What a great find. The Fern was the perfect balance for our needs. So quiet and relaxing and if you are like me and work all the time and want to get away this place is for you. This cabin has a multi-screen desk set up and VERY good internet (NO STARLINK). We were super thankful for the provided firewood (Great Fireplace). We stayed 10 days and went through so much of it. Both my wife and I appreciated all the small details about this home. We have 2 Dogs that thoroughly enjoyed inspecting the whole property and more. I wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the deck and the screened-in area. We will be coming back to check them out. The Grill was in Good condition :) My Wife enjoyed the large dining table making it easy to puzzle and game but still have room to eat. 3 nitpicks (personal opinion) The Beds were a bit firm for our liking, I thought the TV could use a soundbar and the closest stores were 15+ mins.

Rachael was a great host. Very friendly from the time we met her. Her place was very clean and well supplied with all we needed. She was quick to respond and answer questions when I had them. I would definitely book again if needed!

Amazing place for littles and parents! The playground is great, there are toys, books and puzzles for kids to play with. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want for cooking, and there is a great coffee set-up (as shown in the pictures). The beds were very comfortable! (Always a big deal for me). And the hot tub and deck are so nice! The whole very clean, but still felt very comfortable and homey. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, this place is perfect. Remote with beautiful trails nearby to explore the river. Would absolutely come back!

We had such a great stay! The view from the house is absolutely stunning — we never got tired of just sitting and taking it all in. The layout is super comfortable and easy to settle into, and the TV room is really spacious — perfect for movie nights. We also loved how much natural light fills the space during the day, it made everything feel warm and relaxing. We had fun exploring the area too — enjoyed some great restaurants in Berkeley Springs and the hike through the Paw Paw Tunnel was a cool adventure. Would definitely recommend this spot for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

Susan was helpful and communicative even before our trip! She gave clear instructions, and added sweet and personal touches to make our stay more comfortable. She was easy to reach and quickly responded to all questions. As far as the house, it doesn’t get any more perfect than Susan’s beautiful cabin. It was cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed the wood burning stove on chilly evenings. The kids enjoyed climbing and hiking the rocks on the property. There was something for everyone here! We will certainly be back!

This cabin is perfect for a quiet mountain getaway. Spacious rooms and multiple bathrooms. The lower level game room with pool table, darts, video games, and tv was a favorite hangout. Tons to do outdoors on walking paths or down by the river. Hot tub provided an extra level of relaxation! Kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. We had a great time!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Felt very much like a HOME! We loved every second of it! Had a little coffee bar which was an amazing touch! Loved the privacy and the little game room. Everything about this little cabin! Will absolutely come back in the future!

Tony's home was perfect! It's a lot bigger then what the photos show. It's very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of biking on the Western Maryland Rail Trail. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Felt like home away from home.

Me and my family had a good time at the cabin. This was my first time using Airbnb. I’m so glad it was a great experience.
