Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Allamakee County

This place was absolutely stunning! The views and location were great for a weekend getaway! A group of friends and I spend the weekend there to relax and we all loved it. The hot tub was great and super spacious! I would love to return sometime in the near future! And Kari was super helpful with any questions we had on the trip.

This was such a great place to stay for a laidback get together to celebrate a birthday. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for each day we stayed, enough towels for 5 people for showers and to dry off after the hot tub. The bathrooms were stocked up with travel sized soap and shampoo/conditioner. A very beautiful & clean cabin experience! The trains were not a bother whatsoever even if they were frequent, we enjoyed them and didn’t find them to be a distraction or too loud. We ended up hiking at the Sugar Creek Bluff which we found with the brochures left at the cabin. The overlook was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for a group of 5 and easy check in/check out process. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise view that the stay provided and the view of the river. While the cabin was nearby to others, we felt very private and secluded. We were not bothered at all during our stay which was preferred. Also, the clue game was so much fun to complete. :)

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Bridgeview Cabin over Labor Day weekend. The unit was exactly as shown and described on the website. Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. Everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms/bathrooms had plenty of linens and towels. We especially enjoyed the amazing view not only from inside the unit, but also from the deck and the firepit. The hot tub was a great way to unwind and relax every evening. We couldn’t have found better accommodations anywhere else!

Very beautiful place! Was exactly what we were looking for. Great place for family get togethers! Only thing that was a little bit of an issue was the lack of yard for dogs to go to the bathroom. Other than that, it was perfect! Thanks for having us.

Breathtaking views ! Growing up almost directly across the river made it extra special to see the river valley and all of the bluffs from such a spectacular angle. We loved our stay and would love to visit again in the summer or fall to get to enjoy the deck and fire pit . (And longer daylight hours to get to soak in the gorgeous views a bit longer!)

This was our second stay at this location. The second time was just as great as the first time. House was clean, private, and with easy parking. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our time on the screened-in porch watching the trains, river activity, and wildlife. The mulberry tree at the side of the porch was filled with berries and attracted squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks, and a variety of birds. Donna was very responsive to all communications. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Donna's place was just what we were looking for--cozy, dog-friendly, and surrounded by natural beauty! Dogs and humans enjoyed the grounds, including the little meadow with paths mowed in it. We also drove to nearby parks, including Effigy Mounds in IA, for hikes. The hot tub was a lovely way to warm up afterwards. Beds were very comfortable, and we produced an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the well-appointed kitchen! Perfect!

Absolutely beautiful. Extremely peaceful overlooking the water. Great getaway for us. Will definitely be back.

Gabby was a very informative, easy host. She was responsive and replied timely, we really enjoyed this stay. Seems like a lot of families stay here and is family friendly. We love this location for the surrounding area to hike and trout fish.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect! The property itself was stunning, and the home was cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room for all of our hunting gear and a comfortable space to relax after long days outdoors. We especially loved sitting in front of the fire and cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Having access to a washer and dryer was a big plus for us, making our stay even more convenient. Eric was an outstanding host—responsive and attentive throughout our visit. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already looking forward to booking with Eric again in the future. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

We stayed with our three young children for a long weekend and it was everything we hoped for. Cozy, clean, and peaceful with everything that we needed!

The cabin was a great place for my wife and I to enjoy a small honeymoon! We loved the secluded area along with the scenic drive there. We suggest the Great River Roadhosue to anyone that loves good pizza, burgers, and appetizers. Our stay was amazing! I would suggest Rustic Hideaway to anyone that wants a nice quiet stay! The hot tub was a nice add on for us as my wife would sleep in one if she could!! Thank you Kari for being a great Host! Your cabin is beautiful! We are from NE Iowa and we will definitely be making a trip back in the future!

this place is great! it can sleep a lot of people. definitely not a small space. lots of things to kill time like the hot tub, board games and the big TV

Our stay was perfect. It was easy to find the cabin. Beautiful drive through the trees to get there. The space was beautiful and clean upon arrival. It was very cozy and so peaceful - a perfect little getaway.
