Cozy and very quiet house, neighborhood with all the necessary services (supermarkets, bakers, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee). Great location for the S. Fargeau metro that allows you to get around Paris easily. Fabien was an attentive and very kind host. Recommended location!

Juliette’s apartment was wonderful for our family of 6. The apartment is back from. A courtyard which meant it was always peaceful inside. That was great because the place was in the middle of several good restaurants and bakeries. Everything was close because public transportation was also very close. Juliette was exceptionally responsive and very accommodating. Lovely place and phenomenal host.

Perfect spot, close to restaurants and to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely recommend.

Positive aspects of the accommodation: Excellent location, very central and close to everything, with good restaurants, the subway, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby. Also, Tristan always responds quickly to my messages. Negative aspects of the accommodation: The apartment is exactly as in the photos, but with less light at this time of year (September). The heating is central and only starts working in October and by the end of September we already feel cold, as the apartment is quite humid. The bed in the bedroom has two mattresses and the top one is smaller, as is the sheet, so it was not very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is low, and the third person does not take a very hot shower. We loved our stay! Hope to come back.

Yoann's place had everything and more. The location was phenomenal, and was even in a gated group of buildings for added security. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with more than your average airbnb. I would recommend this space for anyone looking for something that is central to so much and easy to transit from. Thank you Yoann for an amazing stay! Hope to back soon!

This top floor apartment was right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do -- as well as near the 8 Metro line, making all of Paris in-reach. There was an elevator, which was helpful with luggage, as well as after a full day of walking to see the sights. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out were both easy. A previous review mentioned this is a smoking-friendly apartment, but I am not a smoker and did not notice any lingering smells. All in all, it was a lovely apartment in a great part of town. Just blocks away from the Eiffel Tower with local bakeries, markets and grocery stores right out the door.

Had a great stay of 6 nights over Xmas. Excellent location near metro/RER, restaurants and supermarket/shopping centre, and easy to get a taxi on the nearby main road. The apartment is on a pedestrian mall so that is a bonus too; maybe a bit noisy for some, but that comes with the convenience of restaurants. We had no problem with that. Stephane and Rudy were very responsive to any questions. The apartment was much bigger than appears on the listing, so we were very happy with the space. The kitchen had everything that you would need for a stay, even more. Massive TV and plenty of movies to watch if wanted. Decor was great with interesting objects in the cupboards that could be backlit. Only downside in the bathroom is that the shower is not attached higher on the wall - it was definitely "do able" though and only that we're used to an overhead shower at home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephanes apartment to anyone wanting a stay in Paris. Thanks again Stephane and Rudy

We had a lovely stay over New Year with our young children. The apartment is stylish, spacious and super clean. It's also really cosy and warm with every amenity you could need for your stay. The location is great, there is a large square for the kids to scoot or cycle as well as access to a beautiful park set within the middle of the lake. There are several restaurants e.g. a French Bistrot, Italian Trattoria, sushi, crepes etc as well as a pharmacy, opticians, dentist, dry cleaners, stationary shop and a beautiful fruit and veg store, butchers, cheese shop and bakery as well as a well stocked supermarket. The apartment is about a 3mins walk to the tram, which is then four stops to the metro. So really easy / reasonably priced to access central Paris. You are also less than a 30mins drive to Versailles from here. Wahab was great at communicating in advance and was helpful with everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Jonathan was very attentive and kind in our stay, answering when needed. On the other hand, the location is good, the metro station is 2 minutes walk and there are several supermarkets near the accommodation.

When you stay at Isabel's beautiful home you enter an enchanted world. You arrive at the gate to the private street and Isabel greets you and escorts you up the cobbled street, through a bower of flowering shrubs to her door. Avenue Frochot was developed in the 1830s and became the home to luminaries of the art and literary worlds of late 19th century Paris. While retaining all of the charm of this storied street, Isabel has renovated this two story space to the highest contemporary standards. All of the appliances are high end and meticulously maintained. The bedroom and spacious bathroom with excellent shower are on the second level and there is a daybed and another excellent shower and powder room on the first floor. The open plan kitchen, dining area, living room on that level look out on the garden through a double height window. Throughout there is beautiful and sophisticated lighting . Isabel is a kind, thoughtful and brilliant host. the best we have ever encountered.

Arnaud's apartment was the perfect choice for a weekend in Paris. Ideal in size for single travellers and for a couple and in a vibrant and interesting part of the city very close to the Marais and the river. Ideally located for travelling on the train between the city and Charles de Gaulle as it is an easy walk to Gare du Nord train station. The apartment is light filled and stylishly appointed with everything you need and the bonus was a large bath to relax in after walking the streets of Paris all day. Lots of great restaurants, bakeries and and bars within the street where the apartment is located but the apartment itself, which is on the 6th floor is very quiet and protected as it faces into an internal courtyard rather than on the street. There is an elevator if required for luggage which I didnt use but may benefit some travellers. The bed itself is a loft up a narrow open set of stairs off the living room and was extremely comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

It is an excellent option, 5min walking from the metro which takes you to the airport, said metro has an elevator and electric stairs, like My Maison has an elevator and a special room for storing luggage, which makes it very easy to get around with your luggage. The place is amazing, it has the amenities you need, cute spaces, care, and well organized. the view of the balconies looks like Parisian. Walking you get to the Louvre and endless restaurants. I would definitely stay here again again.

We had a nice stay, a benevolent welcome, a soothing environment, relaxation areas designed for young and old, very endearing pets, and a really nice and accommodating owner. Really I would recommendit!!

I can’t say enough about Philippe’s place. This will for sure be my go to place in Paris. Its the best location in Paris. The place is beyond beautiful. It’s even better in Person. Philippe was super friendly and helpful with everything including restaurant help. He had pastries for us upon check-in. He even accommodated our early checkin and late check out. Can't thank enough Michele for a lovely stay in her apartment. Great location just a few minutes' walk to the Metro, with free parking available in the compound, and a private lift. The apartment is very well appointed, with air-conditioning, heated floors and fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms and toilets (one separated) was also very convenient for my family of four. The design touches by Michele were also very beautiful, including a real Christmas tree! But best of all was Michele, one of the loveliest and most responsive hosts I've encountered on Airbnb.
