absolutely beautiful place to stay, well kept and very clean for a pet friendly place. Great to have 3 bathrooms, just wish one was closer to the bedroom near the garage. Kitchen was nicely laid out and large, could have used a few more pots and pans. Lots of fun to have the Game room, hot tub and outside gas fireplace, especially since it snowed. Derek was great....kept us in the loop of the upcoming snowstorm and when we could expect shoveling the area. Best Thanksgiving trip with the family we every had!

Amazing hosts and such a beautiful property! Hosts were easy and quick to communicate with, helpful, and friendly. The property was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We loved staying at Kathy's place! The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for our dog - he felt right at home! Everything was spotless and the entire home was so cozy. Kathy was super responsive and communicative - I couldn't recommend the place more!

This air bnb is lovely! Check in was very easy as was check out. The host was super communicative and always responded quickly. From the air bnb it is a short walk to downtown (10 minutes) and if enjoying local North Conway isn’t your thing, the hot tub at the air bnb was quiet and private. We will definitely be back in the future!

This is our second time staying at 11 Ski Hill Drive. Our first stay was in the beginning of October. We are booked to return again in May. I think that tells you all you need to know. The place is perfect, especially if you are visiting to ride at Highland.

I've been coming here for years and find Laurie and her husband to be like long lost friends. Freshly baked banana bread is there when I arrive and the space is spotless clean d feels like home.

Korene was a lovely host and the place in Concord is one of the most comfortable Air BnB places I've been to. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a short get away and enjoy New Hampshire.

The cozy cottage is just the perfect place for our home base while we explored Mt Washington and beyond. The unit had everything we needed- to include personal hygiene items that we needed. Plenty of space for four adults- with bed space to spare! We parked directly next to the unit which made for easy load and unload. Five star experience!

We loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. The views were spectacular. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. We loved the fireplace and the two person jacuzzi tub. Bill was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions. We hope to stay again soon!

This place is beautiful and cozy! The fireplace and balcony were my favorites. I loved hearing the running water outside it was so peaceful. Also located in a prime location that met all our needs of food, hiking, leaf peeping, & driving the Kancamagus. First time coming to see the foliage in fall and it was magical on all aspects! We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

Good location near some hikes and story land

Bobs place was comfortable and convenient to town. Lots of restaurants, bakery next door. Beautiful view from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of hot water for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again at a different time of year to enjoy the lake as well!

Ricky was a great host, very responsive. The room was very clean and there is a book with all the information you’d ever need staying there.
