Phyllis, & her daughter Jennifer, went above & beyond to make us, our 6yo & 12yo, and our crazy Bernedoodle feel very welcome. They seemed very happy to have us, and even offered us many of their personal things and private areas on their property to enjoy. Unique & beautiful surroundings that push you to relax, with a cozy/charming/glamping-style accommodation that makes you feel at home.

Excellent stay for the Easter Weekend.

We enjoyed our visit and use of the cottage. Lisa was fantastic and attentive. She was available for any questions and responded quickly. The cottage was very clean and cozy.

Second time coming staying at Sam’s. Just as magical and peaceful as before. Can’t wait to come again next year.

This was our third stay at Sami's place. Their place is well located, clean, in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is lovely. Lots of space. Comfy beds. Very clean. The little "extras" of drinks in the fridge, tea and coffee, make settling in easy. We stay here with a small child and it's just great for a family, lots of room.

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

Thank you Salina for being such a great host. We were in town for a hockey tournament and stayed at Salina's with another family of 4. The size of the house was perfect for our party of 8. It was nice to be so close to the arena and have a spot to come back too so we could cook meals in between and after games. Salina was very responsive when we had questions and kindly took time to send us an item through the mail that we forgot when we left. We would definitely stay here again if hockey brings us back to this area. Cheers

We had a great stay--perfect, quiet, well appointed home-based for a family gathering nearby. Comfortable and pleasant, a few worn areas and sheets/towels could use a refresh, but overall it was great and just what we needed. Thank you!

The cottage was largely as advertised: comfortable and clean, quiet and private, and within easy walking distance of downtown, the university, and the waterfront. It was well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen equipment, and other basics. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, decent-sized bedrooms, and modern upstairs bathroom. Overall, it's a cosy place, rather than a luxurious one, and that suited us just fine. We'd certainly book it again without hesitation. One suggestion: it would be good to note in the description and photos that the staircase to the second floor is steep, narrow, and has a sharp angle at the top. This is something that visitors with small children and those with even slight balance or mobility problems should be aware of, especially since the only full bathroom is on the second floor.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

our stay in kingston was amazing the place was clean and comfortable. the home was spacious with everything we needed for our visit. the beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. the decor was creative and added to the experience. everything was well thought out and this attention to detail made our stay perfect. communication was great with the hosts and they responded promptly. couldn't ask for anything better than this. thanks so much for having us!!

A very clean perfect size home. We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to coming again. Definitely recommend John’s house. John went out of his way to accommodate my family. Superior customer service.

Great place to stay close to salmon streams we were fishing. Had enough space for the kids to entertain themselves away from the adults. The grass driveway got a little muddy between the two houses and is a tight fit if you have a full size truck but you will fit and some people may not like the well water smell but we did not mind. There’s plenty of stores to buy bottled water. Overall a great stay at a good price. We would definitely stay here again.

While the weather didn’t cooperate for much of our week stay, we still had a great time. We loved the porch overlooking the river. The passing boats were a treat, especially for the grandkids. We also spent a great deal of time at the large kitchen table eating, playing games, etc. The house was clean and comfortable and roomy for our large group. FYI: On the 2nd floor you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another, and you have to walk through 2 bedrooms to get to the half bath. Also, don’t be alarmed when you see signs about not drinking the water in the photos. Drinking water is provided via a water cooler. Additionally, there are plenty of fans in the house if you get hot weather while there, not to mention a beautiful breeze off the river. Jeremy is super friendly and the location is great for exploring the area.

everything was labeled and directions and information was easy to get. My family really enjoyed our stay. wonderful sandy beach.

I can’t express how amazing this place was. There were signs made up all around the house to answer any questions you may have. I reached out to our hosts mid stay and got a response immediately. They even reached out to give us a heads up about possible power outages (we did not lose power). But I truly appreciated them reaching out as we were out at a wedding.

A gem! Peaceful island only accessible by boat, original cozy spot with a memorable view. Firepits, hot tub, patio all well located to enjoy the surrounding nature and river view. Loved it. Thanks!

This home is stunning, and well equipped, in a beautiful location. It was outstanding to be right on the lake with kayaks and canoes. Nights were spent grilling, having bonfires, and looking out over the lake (or up at the stars) in the hot tub. Everything was fantastic - the only downfall is accessibility, as you need to take a ferry to the island. At the end of the day though, the ferry was just an extra piece of planning and research, but was unproblematic. Great house - thank you Maria!

We had a girls' get-away for three nights at Carla's airBNB and it was just delightful. The cottage appeared completely renovated with all new everything - new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, and beds - all tastefully done and roomy for the four of us. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, condiments and spices. There is a sweet sitting area with comfortable chairs overlooking the bay, and we had a spectacular sunset on our third evening there. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. And it was a short drive into Clayton, which is a nice town on the river.
