Vacation rentals with lake access in Alexandra Headland

We stayed here for the weekend for a sporting event, this would have to be the best place I have ever stayed at, we have stayed at a few and this one had everything we needed. The host communicated to us everything that we needed to know, we had no issues whilst staying there. My grandsons whilst tired from playing and watching sport over three days, were kept busy with the pool, spa and the toys and games provided. The area was superb as I just wanted to relax after being in the hot sun all weekend, and this place provided that, it was peaceful quiet and a very private place to just unwind. I cannot fault this place. Hope to be back next year or even sooner.

This is a great place for families. You can unwind after being out all day. This is the first time holidaying in the Sunshine Coast and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The host and property are fantastic. Thanks for a great stay.

If this place is available for your stay you need to book it! We LOVED it!! Lis and Lachlan were amazing hosts and gave us so many suggestions and local hospitality! A real proper geezer! The place was perfect for our 6 adults. Amazing views. Great kitchen. We love the dock and outside hangout area. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. 10/10 stay!! Ice cold air conditioning which was amazing cause it was in the 90s when we visited.

A beautiful place! Perfect for our extended family of 11 with large open spaces and great kitchen and outdoor area to prepare meals and relax. The property was clean, easy to check into and had everything we needed. Great location by the canal, everyone loved the rides in kayaks around sunset. It was easy to visit Noosa and surroundings from the house. We would stay again!

Quiet location Very clean open plan home Beautifully large space in main bedroom incl air con was a godsend! Ample supplies in kitchen and shaded area out the back during the morning and half the afternoon. Close to everything we required! Fishing spots, boat club and loved to see an air bnb with recycling tubs and a compost barrel ( we took advantage of that to minimise landfill) I was very impressed to see no carpet throughout the property and the linen was not white! That’s something I think Gary got spot on! No white linen - I don’t like it as it may look lovely initially but find its too clinical looking in a guest home. We felt Gary and future users of air BnB property would benefit using and maintaining compost barrel and in turn keeping Gary’s herb garden well fed- All the foundations are there and what a great way to utilise an entire home and use herbs from his garden in turn providing green waste to feed them and Gary also having passive maintenance.

Quiet space in beautiful surroundings. A great getaway, but the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove, so you will probably be eating out. We loved staying here, and would happily come again.

Great house for multiple families to share. The house had with everything we needed. The deck out the front was where we spent most of our time, so relaxing. The pool was great for the kids. Location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and park, and less than 5 mins to the cafes. We would definitely recommend this house.

Lovely home, peaceful surroundings. Pool area is fabulous. Nice walk along the canals. Would happily stay at Janet's again when in the area. Highly recommend.

Lovely little bungalow not to far from the beach and perfectly located. Beautiful interior and outdoor area. The team keep it very clean and set out very clear instructions for check in and check out, aswell as give helpful tips for things to do and food. It was a great experience

Everything was perfect, beautifully styled with lots of little extra touches. Very clean, comfortable beds and stunning view from the balcony.

This appartment was everything that we could have hoped for on our family vacation. The apartment is spacious, clean, fresh and enjoys a beautifully relaxing view of the river from the balcony. The swimming pool is an added luxury. We would definitely book the apartment again!

Stunning views greeted you first thing in the morning & every time you walked in the apartment. Our first time in Maroochydore & loved every minute of it.

As soon as you open the front door, it’s wow. That view is absolutely spectacular and it continues into the bedroom…sunrise ocean views from the pillow! The bedroom has good curtains though if you prefer a sleep in. Dealing with Maor was super easy. Communication was great and included some tips on the local area. Everything you need is on your doorstep - convenience store, restaurants, great French patisserie, bottle shop and the beach is literally across the road. The cultural artwork throughout the apartment is a beautiful addition to an already amazing stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. I would highly recommend Maors to any travellers. Thank you!

Our second stay! Our family just loves the serenity of this place. Picturesque. Cows grazing on the hills, sheep grazing nearby, an abundance of bird life. Just beautiful! 💗 Kids just loved the kayaking!! Thank you Gwenda!!! ☺️🌅💖

Had a great stay at Vivien's. She welcomed us warmly ( even providing us with a snack knowing that we wouldn't have had time to eat,) and has her home perfectly set up for guests. We enjoyed use of the warm swimming pool and liked sitting on the veranda for breakfast, which includes her lovely homemade apricot jam, if you are lucky enough. A great tucked away location, but still good for exploring the area.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peace and quiet. In the three days we stayed over we visited Coolum, Eumundi, Noosa, Peregian Beach and Caloundra. Everything is only minutes away, including great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the central air conditioning very handy, especially in February. Seeing kangaroos every day was an added bonus. I can strongly recommend this place.

Our Stay at Lake Weyba Cottages was great! Ashley was helpful and her instructions were clear and the cottage was presented immaculately. Stunning surrounds and we felt at home surrounded by the lush grenery. The farm animals were a bonus along with the guest shed which had bikes and other items available to use. Will be back!
