Born and raised on the island, but staying here felt like a new world! What a beautiful piece of Kodiak. The house was spacious, clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. Jeff and his wife were so kind and opened their beautiful home to our family. Would love to come back and stay again one day. The banya was hot, the views were exceptional, and we loved the peace and tranquillity. Beautiful beaches, four wheeling, paddle boarding and site seeing.

Katrina's home is absolutely lovely and even better than the pictures!! The main living room was open and bright with windows and a great deck. The home is cozy and well appointed, fit all of our needs with our four children, and everything was fully stocked! We literally came in off the plane and had everything we'd need to get settled in for the night. The surrounding property is gorgeous and outdoor areas to hang were so beautiful and inviting. One of our many favorites about the house were the black out blinds, they were AMAZING especially in the summer!! Would love to come back here anytime, you would be lucky to stay at their home. We were stuck on a layover and got weathered in so we weren't there to take advantage of their excursions but we read up on them and they seem really great! Book today, you won't be disappointed!!

Very Nice appartement. Great view, we saw a lot of eagels. Location is good and the hosts are friendly an helpfull. Very Nice they offer a rentalcar as well.

Tana is a great Host - this was the second time I have stayed at one of her properties and once again she made everything so easy. She is always responsive and I feel so safe and at home there!

Beautiful stay! Looked exactly like the pictures and the host was incredibly friendly and flexible. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a cost friendly quality stay.

We were saddened that the hot tub was not working. So could only give them 5 stars…We had a great time. Local information was very helpful. Caught fish, got to see fox & even a bear. Would definately come again. Thanks so much for sharing your quiet cabin in the woods.

Rustic Alaska cabin completely and tastefully updated overlooking a jade green lake and old growth spruce. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return when business brings me to Kodiak!

Can’t say enough good things about Amy. She was one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with, she has a great facility and was priced very fairly for the area and was in my opinion more comfortable and clean than the hotel options in town. She was very responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. Her kitchen had all the utensils etc we needed for preparing meals and her space is neatly kept and clean. This is probably a wonderful spot in the summer! The beds were also very comfortable and it was restful in the space, felt like the area was safe.
