Amara est une hôte de confiance, très sympathique et très impliquée. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a donné des infirmations très utiles lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est très grand, propre et propose de très belles prestations, à commencer par l'espace extérieur qui possède une grande piscine et beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser. Le logement propose lui de très beaux espaces avec des multiples terrasses, salons et une décoration typique et recherchée ce qui en fait tout son charme. La Finca est idéalement située, à 15min de l'aéroport, à 15 min de Palma et proche des commerces. Nous avons passé avec mes amis un séjour totalement dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande entièrement ou vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avec besoin.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Poolbereich und der Garten bietet viel Abwechslung. Auch die Buchung und Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

As a big group, we arrived in 2 stages and Ken did all he could to accommodate same including early check in for one group. Picked the rest of us up from the airport (late in day) and nothing a hassle. had issue with one of the appliances during the stay (no fault of anyone's) and was fixed efficiently without hassle. House is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. has all the amenities you could ask for. while walking distance from the town, having the bikes available was a huge benefit. with table tennis, pool and the pool, no shortage of things for the kids to do. Group made up of 9 from age 1 to 82 and would all highly recommend and go back again. many thanks to Ken and his team for a wonderful stay.

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Finca mit neun Personen und zwei Babys verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen super! Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und zur Küsten mit vielen wunderschönen Buchten rund um Portocolom ist es nur „Katzensprung“. Ein ideales Domizil für einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit Grillabenden am tollen Pool, Wanderungen in der Umgebung und Ausflügen in die vielen schönen Orte drumherum. Die Kommunikation mit Pere war unkompliziert und freundlich und seine gesamte Familie hat sich um unser Wohlergehen rührend gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Dies wird ein unvergesslicher Urlaub bleiben.

The villa is in a fantastic location - very quiet and rural but only a few minutes' drive to the beach and Pollença (and the local supermarkets). You definitely need a car or bikes (there are protected cycle paths along the main roads near the beach) to get the most out of being here. We were three adult couples and a toddler so the layout worked perfectly (a plan would make a really useful addition to the listing). There's an ensuite for bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a bathroom right next to it. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house - with another bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer a lot of flexibility of sun and shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool nice and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good though pressure in the toilets was a bit low sometimes. All in all, an excellent villa which we would highly recommend.

we verbleven 3 nachten in deze heerlijke villa. alles was netjes en er was genoeg ruimte. ook de tuin en het zwembad waren heerlijk om te ontspannen en we hebben iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ om lekker buiten te eten. de villa ligt mooi prive op een heuvel en je hoort vrijwel niks van de omgeving/buren. al met al een geslaagde vakantie en we bevelen deze villa zeker aan!

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Villa direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön!!! Es gibt auch 6 Liegen, die waren auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Man kann direkt vorm Haus super schwimmen gehen, da es dort Treppen am Felsstrand gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home in such a fantastic location. The house has all the amenities you could need and is extremely well equipped. It's perfect for a large family or group, with three separate sleeping areas that offer privacy while still sharing a communal space, ideal if you want your own space within a group setting. Swimming off the rocks at the bottom of the garden was a unique and memorable experience. The house is also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The locals are incredibly friendly, and Portocolom is such a beautiful place. You really get the sense that this is the real Mallorca, authentic, and full of charm. Lola is an exceptional host, thank you so much for everything! We loved your home so much that we’re already planning our trip for next year.

Super mooie locatie ook al was het nog niet echt zomer, een locatie waar je tot rust kan komen en Pollenca is mooi gelegen om verschillende dag uitstappen te doen. Onze host Shaun wist ons de nodige tips te geven en was steeds bereikbaar. Een echte aanrader ! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

This place is fantastic! We stayed there as 4 couples with 6 children and there was plenty of space for us all. The rooms are all en-suite and the communal areas are plenty large enough to accommodate a big group of friends. The pool area is great, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything works well. The location is awesome, minutes from all the best Sóller spots like the tram, main square, ice cream shops etc! And there’s a very well stocked supermarket opposite - totally ideal. We loved it here and had a brilliant holiday - would highly recommend both house and host. Jaime and Angela were quick to respond and the housekeeper Cati is excellent. Through, responsive and kind. Highly Recommend - 5/5 experience!

Wir haben Familienferien zu zehnt gemacht und es war absolut perfekt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll aber durch das tolle Angebot im Haus mit Fitness, Billard, Tischtennis Tisch etc wurde uns nie langweilig. Jedes Zimmer ist geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die gesamte Handhabung des Hauses ist sehr einfach und man kann sich ab Tag 1 sehr wohl fühlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es hatte vieles schon im Kühlschrank vorhanden , was sehr angenehm war. Ich würde sofort wieder in diesem Haus mit diesen tollen Gastgebern Ferien verbringen. Danke!!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette superbe maison. Nous étions 8 adultes et la maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et parfaitement équipés ! La maison est spacieuse, chaque chambre est d'une belle taille, pareil pour les 3 salles de bain. La salle de jeux au sous sol a été apprécié quand les températures étaient un peu plus fraîches. L'accueil de Valérie était très chaleureux et souriant ! Nous avons eu une visite de la maison, puis des recommandations sur les commerces alentours, les restaurants etc ... Valérie est restée joignable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous allons garder de très beaux souvenirs de cette villa !

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser super schönen Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Villa selbst ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und erreicht die Strände in kurzer Zeit. Miquel ist sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Er hat uns auch einige hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu dritt in dieser Finca und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt zu Estefania war sowohl vorab als auch vor Ort sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Ein Auto ist definitiv zu empfehlen, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 10 Minuten entfernt liegt. Die Ausstattung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einige Lebensmittel des täglichen Bedarfs (z.B. Wasser, Kaffee) vor. Auch eine Grundausstattung an Haushalts- und Hygieneartikeln war vorhanden. Einzig Küchenrolle mussten wir selbst besorgen. Das Haus und der Garten gefielen uns sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos. Trotz bis zu 30°C Außentemperatur im Oktober war es im Inneren angenehm kühl. Ein Kritikpunkt in der Küche – sie ist auch tagsüber recht dunkel, und die vorhandenen Lampen spenden nur wenig Licht. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Das Haus ist eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Gegend, sehr gepflegter Garten mit großem Pool. Das vierte, kleinere Badezimmer außerhalb des eigentlichen Hauses direkt am Pool ist perfekt. Alles in allem beste Voraussetzungen zum Entspannen. Lediglich die Straße vor dem Haus war doch etwas mehr befahren, als gedacht, aber das kann an der Reisezeit gelegen haben (Herbstferien, die Insel war natürlich ziemlich gut besucht) und muss nicht immer so sein. Wir würden in jedem Fall gerne wiederkommen, sofern das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ähnlich bleibt.

Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt. Dom bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Spokojna okolica i bardzo blisko do morza. Spędziliśmy bardzo miło czas i zdecydowanie możemy polecić to miejsce!

We had a great stay at Catalina’s villa - it was very quiet and peaceful but only a short walk into Puerto Pollenca and very easy to get to by car. The villa itself was lovely - spacious and really well equipped, and David and his father (and their dog!) were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it for a stay in Mallorca!

Eight friends stayed for a week and we absolutely loved the villa. Literally across the road from the sea for those that wanted to swim and use the paddle board, with the added bonus of our own pool in the back garden. The location is literally a stroll away from bars and restaurants yet still peaceful. The rooftop was brilliant for an evening bbq or sunbathe. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you Joan!

We had a wonderful stay at Xisco's Finca. The pool is just superb and the Finca itself was really nice. Xisco was easy to communicate with and greeted us in the beginning to show us around. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks again Xisco.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether to stay here...STOP...Book it now, whilst you can! This is a gem of a find. Perfect sized villa for a family of 4, all within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town. It is equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is fabulous. We loved every miniute of our stay, despite the storms! Maximilian, the Host, was brilliant - responsive and super friendly. He couldnt do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough ti gte the chance.
