José Luis, very friendly and close gave us precise instructions, very easy and quick communication. as anecdote brought us a TV for the room there was already one in the living room and at all times he asked us when I could leave it undisturbed. always look for your intimacy and comfort a 10 as a person. as to the incredible house, it has everything you need, everything works perfectly has everything it puts in the listing and the garden and pool area a luxury, very clean pool and large two adults with XXL mattresses and pool left over, we go a wonderful place, we spend more time inside the villa than visiting sites than we were. Of course if we have a chance we will come back without hesitation. Thank you very much José Luis for giving us the opportunity to enjoy such a fantastic villa

We stayed 3 nights with my family of 7 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and the position is great! Just a little walk to the center. The area offers great and authentic restaurants. The check in was smooth, Karina was great. The assistance also was reactive and we didn’t have any issue. Perfect for a group of people.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Rocio was excellent, very helpful & friendly. would love to return. The pool was a big win for our son. we really enjoyed our stay. Rocio went over & beyond to be helpful. totally recommend this place.

Clean accommodation, quiet area, close to Seville, with plenty of space in the garden and well equipped. Yolanda was always very helpful at all times.

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the most beautiful BNB we've ever had! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the heat of Seville. The pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. The bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, due to her availability and attention, as well as her dog duke who was good company for us and our dog. It's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we regretfully leave.

Pepi was lovely and accommodated for us to drop our luggae early. the place was secure, clean, and central. happy to return.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Manuel’s place was a perfect match for our birthday city break. The flat is situated in a top location which makes it so easy to walk around the best city’s sights and fantastic tapas bars and cafes. Manuel was very helpful, sent us many interesting reccomendations, responding instantly to our messages. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy apartment with an amazing view from a terrace then this is THE exact place :)

It was a pleasure to stay a few days in this lovely home while working remotely from Sevilla. The wifi speed was great, the location only a 10-15 min drive from Sevilla center, and the host super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommended!!

Very well located house and gathered them all well. Quiet place and close to a lot of things.

this Airbnb is spacious, clean and, although a little dated, has everything we needed. we felt so comfortable and at home immediately. Brilliant supermarket, cafe, restaurant nearby and the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk with regular services into Seville Centre. Aurora greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property then gave great advice on directions & local amenities. All in all we spent 4 great days here.

Juan Manuel was a super attentive host and willing to solve any questions we had. The house was just as advertised, with a lot of things to do and with a guest who encouraged us to do them. Our stay has been an authentic pleasure and we hope to come back more times!!

Comfortable and quiet house a few minutes from downtown Seville.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

We stayed two nights at Ana's place who is a great host, was always available and recommended delicious restaurants and bars. The house is very nice, comfortable, you have everything you could need and more, clean, tidy and the area is very quiet. It's perfect for going with kids. The truth is that it was an excellent decision, we would definitely repeat.

Don’t know what to start with but here you go: location, property, communication was top quality!! We had our flight early in the morning and I forgot my luggage as I was in a hurry with the taxi waiting outside. When I got to the car I realised is something missing. I have texted into the chat before 5 in the morning without no expectation for someone to see it for obvious reasons 😅 however I had hope! I was extremely distressed because of the situation and didn’t knew what to do but I had to go to the airport with my friends. Few minutes after my text ,Mikel contacted me and I have explained what happened. He offered to go to the property, collect my backpack and bring it to the airport, all in less than 40 minutes. I cannot describe how relieved and overjoyed I felt as what Mikel did, is not something that someone usually does on a Sunday morning before 5:00.. The backpack had sweets & souvenirs for my children therefore Mikel brought joy for my daughters as well😊 Highly recommend

Very easy to communicate with Santiago, always very attentive and very helpful! Almost like it's your home! Great to spend a few days!
