José Luis, very friendly and close gave us precise instructions, very easy and quick communication. as anecdote brought us a TV for the room there was already one in the living room and at all times he asked us when I could leave it undisturbed. always look for your intimacy and comfort a 10 as a person. as to the incredible house, it has everything you need, everything works perfectly has everything it puts in the listing and the garden and pool area a luxury, very clean pool and large two adults with XXL mattresses and pool left over, we go a wonderful place, we spend more time inside the villa than visiting sites than we were. Of course if we have a chance we will come back without hesitation. Thank you very much José Luis for giving us the opportunity to enjoy such a fantastic villa

We stayed 3 nights with my family of 7 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and the position is great! Just a little walk to the center. The area offers great and authentic restaurants. The check in was smooth, Karina was great. The assistance also was reactive and we didn’t have any issue. Perfect for a group of people.

Borja's place is in the top 1% of AirBnBs in Spain. This is a modern Villa/house build to a very high standard. All rooms are spacious with a contemporary feel.The garden and pool are very comfortable. The location is very relaxing as its away from the City but very close to all the major attractions. The kitchen is perfect with all modern conveniences. Security is optimum with an alarm and a garage for several cars behind a sliding gate. There are many amenities within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk including bars , restaurants , stores.The neighbourhood is very settled and relaxing. There are several parks very close for comfortable walks , the locals to be super friendly. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard with wonderful showers , a bath and comfortable beds.There is a BBQ In the outer garden what a lovely a nice glass of Albariño.This property is excellent value for what you get. Borja was super helpful and exceeded expectations as a host. This is a rare gem 5*.

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Property was just like the photos. Booked this property due to location, style and the hot tub. It was great. Had tea bags, coffee, oil etc in the cupboard which was very welcome. Would go back!

Monica's apartment is perfect for spending a few quiet days very close to Seville. The house is just as seen in the photos, large, beautiful, with a great porch and terrace for good weather days. Very comfortable beds too and impeccable cleanliness. Highlight that Monica also leaves amenities in the bathrooms in case you forget something, detail that is very assaulted!! Regarding the location, comment that it is located in a very quiet village with a Mercadona next door and about 15-20 minutes from Seville by car so it is perfect if you want tranquility for moments of rest but at the same time being very close to all the services. We have been very comfortable and would recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the best BnB air we've done! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the seville heat. the pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. the bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, because of her availability and attention, as well as her duque dog who was of good company for us and our dog. it's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we leave with regret.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Manuel is a very welcoming and available host. He responded to all of our requests and even more. He was very responsive when needed. He gave us very useful addresses in the neighborhood for our stay (restaurants, tours, shopping). Thanks to him we felt comfortable. The place itself matches the photos and description. Optima casa, 10 min from Seville, well served. Very good communication with the host who was ready to solve all the problems that arose (including when we left the keys indoors!). Careful, clean and very pleasant house, as described in the advertisement, very suitable for families with children. Definitely must repeat!

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Josefa’s property is a really beautiful place to stay within short driving distance of Seville and great access to the northern area of the Doñana national park. It’s immaculately clean, very spacious and has a pleasantly luxury feel about it. The pool is beautiful with plenty of space to relax outside or eat on one of the two terraces. The kitchen is equipped well enough to make breakfasts and simple meals (note no oven, but there is a microwave). The bedrooms and bathrooms are also spotless, and the main bathroom shower is fantastic (I didn’t use the other one so can’t comment). Josefa responds very quickly and clearly cares a lot about his guests having the best time. All in all, highly recommend staying here!!
