Beautiful studio, very quiet, surrounded by nature with a superb view of the Ardèche hills. Gaëlle is very responsive, super welcoming and excellent advice for outdoor activities in the surroundings, both on the Ardèche side and at the foot of Vercors. I recommend this peaceful retreat!

Jenny is available, attentive and looks after the well-being of guests. The apartment is very well maintained. The proximity to shops, restaurants, the promenade along the Rhône, the footbridge to reach Tournon is very well located. The possibility of renting a garage on site is an asset for us. Beautiful haven of peace, very clean, cool and quiet accommodation. Very nice for a refreshing night on our trip on Via Rhona!

The flat is located in a concept area - a sort of artisan village where business owners and designers share work and living space. The flat is modern and spacious with a high speed internet connection which we appreciated greatly as in some airbnb places the wi-fi can be very slow or outdated. We particularly loved the smart lock as it added a futuristic feel to our stay. On the improvement side it would be great to have more cooking utensils as the kitchen is spacious and invites for cooking and there is a big enough dining table to have good meals. The heating and cooling is controlled by a heat pump which we also appreciated as we could adjust temperature for our liking. All in all a great place for modernity lovers with individuality flair.

Very beautiful home, peaceful and relaxing environment. Friendly kitchen, large rooms and good bedding. There were 12 of us and everyone had their privacy. Very good stay with Nina who is a great host.

We had a great time with our hosts Carole and Jean-Marie. From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable quality of all the equipment. Absolutely nothing to complain about, the house is very well equipped, very comfortable both inside and outside. We were 12 people, adults and children and everyone is unanimous to say that the stay was perfect. Finally, the area is superb and there are plenty of activities nearby. I'd recommend it! We are a group of friends and family (4 generations) who meet in between the two holidays. There were 10 of us at Gaëtan's place: everyone was delighted with this place: very large, functional beyond our expectations. Privacy for each of us, games for our 4 teenagers: billiards and foosball . All amenities as advertised. Very clean, well heated, top bedding. In summary: no need to hesitate to go there. Our only negative point being that it was too short and that at this time we were not able to enjoy the outdoors just as exceptional as the inside. To be co-hosted for another season.

We had a lovely stay at Gilles' pretty house. The spacious and comfortable space allowed the whole family to get together for Christmas. Gilles is a responsive and considerate host. Thank you Gilles!

The house is very spacious and pleasant with great spaces and a petanque /ping pong area. Numerous activities are available in the region (bowling/laser game , rail bikes...). Very friendly.

I would highly recommend it! We had a great time, in the very friendly townhouse of our host Mélanie, very close to the center of Saint Peray. The supplies are of very good quality, large pots and pans, knives that cut perfectly, dishes very pleasant and in number, a kitchen that makes you want to cook... in short a stay that the whole family enjoyed very much!

a really well decorated and optimized apartment. everything was nikel even if we only went there for one night. The owner has great confidence in his guests because it is the apartment where he lives and he leaves roof on site. 2 petis bemols: the parking space was taken by people when we arrived but not in any way the fault of aurelien. and small downside also on the bedding namely the bed linen and pillows ....really to be fussy if not great!

The accommodation is very well located on the Quai de Tain, close to restaurants and the city center. Although next to a few bars, the rooms overlook a quiet street with very little traffic. We found the place very clean when we arrived. Directions make it easy to find the place, and there's plenty of parking nearby. Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place, absolutely delightful. A perfect place to press the pause button and recharge your batteries. One of the first things I noticed was the silence, no noise, no traffic. Just nature and your own footsteps. Valerie is such a kind and caring host, she created a beautiful cocoon to retreat yourself and fully submerge in the stunning natural surroundings. The place was very clean and comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste, beautiful wood structures and natural elements. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

We spent two weeks at Maxence and Déborah's place and it was two beautiful weeks. The accommodation is perfect, nothing is missing and everything is provided for the comfort of the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ...). Outside, a beautiful terrace as well as a children's play area (trampoline, swing,...) as well as a courtyard to play pétanque, molki,... And what about the pool... heated, with an exceptional view of the Ardèche reliefs. What a joy to lounge with this view and calm. Thanks to Maxence and Déborah for their welcome, their availability, their responsiveness and the many tips on sightseeing in the region.
