House vacation rentals in Albano Laziale

Clean and very well located accommodation, in a beautiful environment, quiet. The center of Rome is easily and quickly accessible with a vehicle (about 25 minutes, large car parks near the Cornelia metro station). Francesco is very friendly and was responsive and available when we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool after the hot days spent walking in Rome.

The Casetta of 90 m2 in Grottaferrata lays nicely in a guarded area and is a separate and detached house from the main house. It is nestled on top of the condominium in a green garden, and there are some stairs to reach the accommodation. Though very close to the town of Grottaferrata, by foot (5-7 minutes), there is quietness and privacy, and at the same time, restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming, and the owner was very friendly and available. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking at home, and the living room space invites cozy evenings. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work, a feature we were looking forward to. Nonetheless, this place is worth a visit and very recommendable at all seasons. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

I stayed at Giorgias lovely house for a weekend get-a-way in Rome. It matched our needs perfectly and Giorgia was such a polite and sweet host, who was super flexible and willingly to adjust the check-in/check-out times for us - because it otherwise would be a bit troublesome due to our flight. ☺️🙏🏻 A++++ service and the location is top notch aswell. I really like that it IS NOT in the complete center of Rome, so it actually feels a bit calm and chill in the neighborhood - while not too crowded with tourists. I would definately visit her place again one day. 🙌🏻☀️

I recommend more more this house Especially having made another house before …. and especially Francesca She is kind , kind, caring The house is extremely well equipped with sugar flour tea sheets…. Everything you need The pool , ⚽️ balloons, sunbathing, quiet , beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay there again and the kids would too. Thanks for a great week 🙏

Giandomenico was super helpful and always present for anything. She recommended many nice places to eat and have breakfast. Your villa is equipped with anything, we had a great time

We stayed for a couple of nights in November 2024, we loved the location (great for Rome and surrounding areas), the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Antonio was lovely at check in, and gave us good restaurant recommendations including the ice rink and its restaurant (along with its own brewed beer) which is just a ten minute walk away. We are now booked to return next summer for three weeks along with our two Lagotto dogs who will love their own enclosed garden to run around in.

Barbara’s place was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. We had trouble leaving the airport bc of the strikes and Barbara was very understanding and flexible with our check in time. She met us at the gate and showed us around the apartment. She had food and drinks stocked for us! Who does that?! Barbara does! We were so grateful. She had a list of local recommendations for places to eat. I found that renting an electric scooter or bike was the best and most fun way to get around town and down to the city! Barbara is a very gracious host and made my son feel very special for his birthday. 🥰 I highly recommend this spot for your stay to Rome

Nice, cosy place, a bit outside the city center of Rome, but with excellent public transport connections. The host was very nice and always at our disposal whenever we needed her for help and tips.

I really love Alessandra"s warm and private home. I slept like a baby. The home is stocked with all that I need to make my stay very comfortable.

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I booked it while looking for a mid-stay accommodation from a trip to northern Italy using a rental car to a trip to the south. It's a little far from downtown, but the host's ratings and reviews were so good that I booked it, but it was much better than I expected. The host's kindness, clean and spacious space, kitchen table, and natural environment were also good. It was too bad to just stay. Next time, I want to stay for more than 2 nights. Thank you

I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Everything in the house is very fine. Very nice and responsive owner who takes care of everything.

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

We loved staying at David’s Place! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with great restaurants and the beautiful Bracciano Castle. Having private parking for our car made things easy, and for those using the train, the station is close by too. The apartment was perfect for us, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even water waiting in the fridge. The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the laundry facilities were a big plus. Each room had air conditioning, which kept us comfortable, and there were plenty of beds for larger groups. The only small downside was the spotty internet, but with so much to see and do, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼
