Cabin vacation rentals in Alba

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Looks just like the pictures, private and peaceful. The pond is right in the front yard of the cabin, absolutely gorgeous. Comfy beds and everything inside the cabin was very clean. The only trouble we had was the lock on the gate, it takes practice but not a big deal. Definitely will be back! Maybe next time we will bring the kids, but a weekend of quiet is hard to beat😅

Great place to have fun and relax

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. I surprised my husband with the trip, which was a combination birthday/anniversary. This house was PERFECT! We farm, and being able to be out in the country, where it was quiet, was a must, and the hot tub was such a TREAT! Hands down, this was a perfect trip. I brought food to cook, and I think we used every dish, pot, and pan there! Everything we needed was accounted for, which made it so easy. I absolutely recommend staying, and I hope we get to have an opportunity to come back sometime.

My partner and I are city folk (Dallas) who needed to get away from it all for a few days. Valentin's place was so peaceful that we never left the whole time we were there (Three nights) . There are other houses around, but not immediately nearby (there is a nice distance between all the houses in that area), so you still feel like you are in your own little world. Whether you are on the patio or upstairs looking through the large A-Frame window, there is beauty and calm awaiting you. Lounging in the hottub while you gaze out at the stars and across the lake is another bonus feature. This is the perfect little getaway.

My 3 daughters and I had an incredible time! The cabin was actually even more beautiful and charming than the pictures make it out to be! I loved the personal touches throughout and how Cheryl and Randy greet you when you arrive and give you a tour of the property and all the amazing amenities you can take advantage of during your stay - from the chapel, to the workout room, to the library/movie room, and more! The farm fresh breakfast on Cheryl and Randy's beautiful deck overlooking the pool, pond and nature is A MUST! My girls loved all the farm animals and two VERY friendly farm dogs! I can't wait to go back and experience the other cabins and spend more time with Cheryl and Randy hearing their amazing story!

Visiting family in Fate TX. This is my 2nd stay on the farm. My grandkids loved the horses and donkeys- not to mention the Hot tub. Very laid back place. Great kitchen with everything you need. I'll be back!

This place was sheer peace, an experience of memory lane and the BEST nostalgia known to man! The games are super unique, the hot tub rocked our kids worlds, the fire pit had us singing with the quitar and talking about our lives, together. It was super cozy in every spot and functional for a family of 6. We had to peel them away when it was time to leave. They even played the old school video game outside on the back porch. We loved the sounds of nature all around us. Thank you, Thank you!! This therapeutic to the soul!

Lovely and cozy cabin, the perfect place for a getaway and also a lot of amenities and things to do, you will never get bored at this place, my son had a blast during our stay. We will definitely come back again. Mason was a great host, super friendly and responsive.

First let me say this, the pictures do not do this place justice! From arrival until departure we were happy. Brought my dad on a fishing trip to fish from the boat house. He is partially disabled and has trouble walking inclines or long distances. The boathouse was not too far from the house or not too hard of a walk for him. We were able to catch 2 catfish from there. No boats needed! Fair warning, you are in the wild and will see some spiders but they stay to themselves. Will definitely be back again soon!

Its a great place to stay and we would love to stay again someday. But had a Tornado 🌪 coming a 300am and we got up and bet it . The road needs work and it had 2 big logs across the road . I Wadded out ip past my ankle and pulled the 2 logs off the road. But other than that it was great. And peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful location. Peaceful. A relaxing retreat for our family. We love this cabin but we’ve noticed somethings have been broken and not fixed which was a bit sad. So yes we see the repairs that need to be addressed but we love this cabin since it was a part of our family for so long and we are thankful to be able to visit.

This was our first Airbnb and first time to east TX and our stay was phenomenal. First of all I can't express how helpful Sheri was and how easy she made the entire stay. Her cabin is in a gorgeous quite wooded area. Everyone we interacted with from neighbors to security were great friendly people. We genuinely felt right at home in her place. I mean from cooking to showering it was absolutely great. The deck and patio was wonderful to drink coffee as the sun rose talk at the table trough the day and rost dogs at the fire with the kids while the sun went down. Great fishing just up the road within Holly Lake Ranch. All around just a great week for our family. We highly recommend staying with Sheri. And the pricing is a steal!

Had a great time there. We were able to tie our boat up to the boat slips at night. Very clean lodging. The Cove next door had good food and drinks and was super convenient. We will stay again during the spring .

Thank you so much for the great location to stay! We stayed Friday- Monday and everything was great. Refrigerator was broken when we got there, they had a new one put in quickly! Super AWESOME!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was a very peaceful area. you do have to drive for some food places, but it is worth it! hope to be back soon! :)

We loved our stay! The cabin is SO CUTE and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The marina and the ducks provided a fair amount of entertainment and the little restaurant at the marina was good! We were only there for a night, but it was just what we needed to decompress from the city before heading back North.

We have stayed at this house 4 times now. We LOVE it! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The view is amazing. We absolutely love getting to use their boats in the private lake. This house is so special to us and we always have such a great time and make wonderful memories. Dennis is a great host and is always there to answer questions. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

I have zero complaints about my stay at this beautiful cabin. It was very peaceful and quiet. If you’re someone who likes nature and loves to be surrounded by water, then this place is for you. I appreciated how quick Khira responded to any question that I had, and she was very flexible on my check in time. I felt right at home and stress free immediately. It also helps that the pictures give you an accurate image of what the place looks like. I will say that this place is in a small town so you will need to bring your own food. Luckily there was a Brookshires 2 miles away that had everything I needed. Overall I completely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Khira.

A little hard to find with Airb&b directions, but the owner provided the correct info. She met us at the cabin and was very helpful in giving us lots of tips. The roads are a bit rough on the Mountain, but they had recently had a really hard rain event. We felt very safe and enjoyed meeting some of the shop owners on the Mountain! You have to get the Italian Cream cake at the pie shop. You will not be disappointed 🥰
