Alessandro and Mr. Luigi are extremely hospitable people. They welcomed us as family members but were never intrusive. They were available to meet the needs of a couple of new parents (camping cot and high chair). The apartment is complete with everything, extremely clean and easy to reach. It has an elevator and the spaces are generous. Highly recommended both for the location (you can reach the sea in a 5-minute walk without crossing the Aurelia), ample parking and market available nearby. Go visit them... it will feel like home! Nice apartment, great location. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

A wonderful stay! Great location right next to the basilica, with tons of restaurants right nearby. A beautiful view of the sea just outside the door. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our train was late which pushed back our scheduled arrival, but Cecile was very patient and flexible. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, but Cecile helped point out a route for us that had less stairs :) A great stay!

Yves and Ilaria have a beautiful apartment and were very helpful to us. There were four adults and a five month old baby in our group and the space was great. We used the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The patio area is great. It's private and quiet. The location is fantastic - just across the road from lovely beaches and restaurants and an easy walk to old town, the markets and more restaurants and shops. Really good supermarket across the road. It's a very convenient place to stay. The pool is lovely to have too. Just a 10 minute walk from Menton Garavan train station. We'd highly recommend it. Thanks Ilaria.

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

We enjoyed Monica and Nicola's place. Due to a train strike, we arrived a day later than planned. Nicola was very flexible with checking in. The apartment is in an ancient palazzo, the king of Spain once lived here. The apartment is large, the rooms are high and beautifully designed with painted stucco. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was available to cook for 9 people. The apartment goes to a small side street, so it is a bit dark. The location is wonderful, right by the sea and in the middle of the town. At night you can hear the waves.

The communication with Dominik went very well and clearly. The stay is as described and the location is perfect. In less than 10 minutes you can be in the center of Menton on foot. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view over Menton and the bay. The parking is a huge added value just like the new air conditioning. Definitely worth mentioning is the good bed. Great accommodation with everything as listed including the fantastic views! Quiet, peaceful location within walking distance to amenities, old town and beaches. The villa would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs within the accommodation. Also a certain level of fitness is required to walk back up to the villa at least 2 or 3 times each day as we did not hire a car. An information pack for guests would be useful regarding local restaurants, transport etc. even in this digital age! Stefano was very responsive to any queries we had and many thanks for the welcome bottle of fizz!

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). We felt very comfortable! The apartment is located right in the village square and in the middle of Italian life. This also includes the ringing of the early morning church bells and playing the children on the square. The apartment is very stylish, the kitchen practical. One sleeping area is open, the other is separated with an door. As described, there is no WiFi in the apartment and otherwise it is difficult to get a stable internet connection behind the thick walls. But that didn't change that we had a very nice week. Grazie!!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Giovanni Super host, welcomed us on arrival, also leaving a welcome kit, as well as allowing us a late check-out.
