I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shibu's property, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Shibu was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

It was a very wonderful stay . We planned a small reunion with my school friends, although everyone was out of the country we were in a he excitement to catchup but it went a bit too loud for the neighbours at late night😂. We really enjoyed a lot . Everything is kept clean and neat. Very nice hosting by Mr ninan and his family.Highly recommended if u have less than 10 people gathering or a family staycation.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and peaceful off the main road but easily accessible to the metro. We did not need a car and were able to get around easily. The home was clean and the hosts were responsive and kind during our stay.

A Beautiful Modern Home will all the amenities and facilities that you could think of. Great host who is very proactive and concern about the guest well being and comfort.

Host, Mr. Paul was friendly and gave a lot of suggestions about where to buy basic groceries to meals options. House was very clean and had small necessities. Whenever we need something Mr. Paul met it immediately. Outside the house also we can sit and observe the garden area and spend time relaxing. Perfect place to spend your holidays. Also nearby to local attractions & bus stops.

This was a stunning property. A large, open kitchen/living space with wide balcony let in lots of light, leading into two cozy and stylish bathrooms. Decor was impeccable, with fashionable prints and furnishings. The property was located in a residential area within easy rickshaw access from great cafes and restaurants. Security in the entrance were friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries. They also accommodated a last-minute request, which I really appreciated.

The stay was very pleasant and the arrangements made were great. The host was readily available to sort and answer any queries we had. It was a good experience in the whole. Will visit again.

Right from booking , the communication was excellent and the caretaker and owner cleared all our doubts and was very welcoming The rooms were neat and clean , it was peaceful as not many flats are there . I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The location was perfect, close to local attractions, public transport, and great restaurants. The space itself was clean, modern, and had everything I needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy linens. The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful tips for navigating the area. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I felt very at home throughout my stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot. Hope to be back soon

This apartment is comfortable, spotless, has a well-equipped kitchen, several balconies with great views, good showers with shower doors, a washing machine with a quality drying rack, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and lots of fans. Basically it is just what you are hoping to find when you arrive. The location is a little peninsula - you can easily get an Uber about 15 min one direction to Ernakulam, and 15 min the other direction to Fort Kochi/Mattancherry, and we used Zomato to order food a couple of times. If you put the apartment and building number they will bring the food right to your door. This is one of several apartment buildings in a quiet & peaceful spot with lots of beautiful plants and trees. The gatekeeper at the apartment complex let us in very late at night and watched out for us. We communicated easily with our host with airbnb messages, and he was very responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with this stay and would happily stay here again.

I stayed at Sujata’s Garden Loft for 6 weeks whilst attending appointments in Kochi and I can happily say that it was an excellent place for me to stay. Located in a safe, friendly family-oriented block, I felt very safe as a young woman staying alone. Sujata was a truly excellent host who was continuously responsive throughout my stay and made great efforts to assist me with anything that I needed. The garden terrace was a highlight for me, as well as the spaciousness of the whole apartment. It meant that I did not need to feel ‘couped up’ or claustrophobic during a longer stay. The location above a main road did mean that there was some moderate daily noise, but I think much less than if I was staying further into the town. Panampilly Nagar was a great location for me with independent stores, great coffee, walkability and family friendly areas where I felt totally at ease. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay in Kochi and I would definitely recommend or return.

Naresh's place truly felt like home. The area is peaceful, and Naresh is always available to help with anything I needed. He even assisted me with my laundry and other errands. Breakfast was delicious and the portions were generous. I can't wait to come back!

I am writing this review as a repeat guest and am happy to say that this time too our stay was fantastic. A special mention about Alex who was very helpful whenever we reached out to him. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay and would recommend for a comfortable and homely stay at Sunny's.
