I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shibu's property, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Shibu was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

10/10 After traveling around India, it was really a great relief to find an apartment as sparkling clean as Tessy’s apartment. I felt right at home immediately I walked in, the bedroom was sparkling clean with white cotton linens and pillows. This is very rare in India in my experience. The room on the 2nd floor “Room 3” has the best view, facing another yard and you can watch the entire neighbourhood. Hot water was spot on, you just do not need to worry about having a food shower, just walk in and enjoy. Tessy and her family treated me with respect and I felt so humbled. I have plans to visit Kerala again and I will definitely rebook their apartment. Thank you for this great experience. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and peaceful off the main road but easily accessible to the metro. We did not need a car and were able to get around easily. The home was clean and the hosts were responsive and kind during our stay.

Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. we only stayed a night as we had a wedding to attend nearby. The house really felt like a home and all the rooms were clean, tidy with ample space. Very highly recommend!

This was a stunning property. A large, open kitchen/living space with wide balcony let in lots of light, leading into two cozy and stylish bathrooms. Decor was impeccable, with fashionable prints and furnishings. The property was located in a residential area within easy rickshaw access from great cafes and restaurants. Security in the entrance were friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries. They also accommodated a last-minute request, which I really appreciated.

Arun was an excellent host and very responsive throughout our stay. Although we had requested extra attention to cleanliness due to my wife’s sensitivity, the apartment was initially a bit dusty. Once we brought it to his attention, Arun promptly offered us a full refund or a deep cleaning service. We opted for the deep clean, and after that, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic—close to Panampally—with a lovely room that features a balcony. While the kitchen is on the smaller side, it's adequate for light cooking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated Arun’s proactive and understanding approach. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay. The best aspect was the location; right beside Marine Drive, giving fantastic views from the apartment. Shopping and tourist attractions were close by which was very convenient. Everything was as described and all amenities provided were of high quality. Abri was a great host. Very responsive and proactive. A highly recommended stay!

Wonderful, generous flat in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by green and water.

The stay was pleasant and Sujata was very responsive. There wasn't much to do in the surrounding. But overall it's a good place to stay with family or friends group. Highly recommended.

I would recommend The Barracks to any traveller whose focus is Fort Kochi peninsula. Naresh is a great host and no problem was ever to great. Early breakfasts included, booking theatre tickets whilst we were exploring all added to a 1st class service.

I personally appreciated them before leaving, one of the besttt stayyyyy that i ever stayed. Everything in the stay is functioning properly and its maintenance is top notch. The caretaker MR. ALEX is the sweetest malayali you would see in malayalam movies, if u just ask for anything he would help us right aways with no delay and such a friendly guy he is and he wil give a good tour to the house and explain you all the things there correctly and after that he doesnt disturb you until you checkout. Help you with travelling in local areas and he help us to choose local routes and ideas for visiting. The property is known for its peace and safety with biometric entrance and 24 hrs security who r really helpful people, in overall a well maintained property where i would surely return if i come to kochi ever. This property is very conveniently located. The dedicated parking spot is very helpful as the property is located in a prime area,where, even paid parking is next to impossible to find at most times. The apartment is clean and very spacious.
