Vacation rentals in Alapaha River

Carleshia is an outstanding host - comprehensive, responsive, and ready to assist with anything. The place is stunning and unique. I love it! I would recommend it to anyone who's visiting Jacksonville.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A nice cozy house in a quiet neighborhood in a local town was just what we needed.. The whole experience was wonderful, and everything is perfectly detailed and explained so we understood exactly what was needed. I definitely recommend for anyone who would like to quiet get away that's close enough to the cities to be accessible.

Great location the house was incredible and we totally enjoyed ourselves. We were in Steinhatchee for the Florida redfish series so while my son fished the tournament we enjoyed our rest and relaxation. We will be staying again. Al’s response time for anything was great. Thanks Al!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Greg and Denise's place and are eager to stay again. Incredible location right along the river in short walking distance to two springs! Greg and Denise were very responsive and accommodating. While I loved exploring the river by canoe, I think my favorite part of my stay was waking up early, walking down to the river, and watching the fog move through the cypress trees with a hot cup of coffee! Thank you both so much!

Nice quiet area with so many springs nearby! Daniel was there to greet me at check in and was very nice! It was very private and my son was able to enjoy the fire pit. Remember, this is in the Florida woods, so there will be insects. Overall, it was a nice stay for my first camper experience.

The house was exactly as described. From the outside, it didn't stand out but once you open the door, it's a BIG wow factor. It was gorgeous. There was a lot of empty space which at first seemed strange, but then you start to appreciate the lack of clutter and knick knacks. I was using a walker due to recent back surgery, and the open space was wonderful. The water temp and pressure in the shower was outstanding and much appreciated. The icemaker in the freezer was very nice (we've had to buy ice cube trays for other stays, NOT fun). The tv was very user friendly. Martin communicated with us frequently and was very good at seeing if we needed anything, and left clear instructions of checkout expectations. My only problem is the beds were low and very hard to get out of, but again, that's after back surgery. We can see why this cottage is very popular, and we plan to book it again on a future trip to Ginnie Springs. It gets an A+ from us !

RV is spectacularly located. Fire-pit, star seeing, the water, the dock. My children had a blast and we went back full of memories. The fact that Ms. Rachel and Mr. Todd were on-site was awesome; responsive and willing to help all time. Even our neighbors were kind and warm.
