My stay at the apartment was amazing! Everything matches the photos, the place is new and perfectly clean. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking. Very cozy, I felt like home. Great location near the city center, while quiet and absolutely no noise from restaurants, which was very important to me. It is also important to note the communication with the host. Serhat is definitely a super host! Incredibly hospitable and attentive to detail. He kindly helped at all stages of my trip, helped to move my luggage on the first day, and when I left even arranged a transfer to the airport. During my entire stay, he was very responsive and attentive and I didn't worry about anything. That's why I'm going to book any of his listings in the future if it's available. I recommend it to all travelers without a doubt! :)

Since I previously lived in Avsallar, I wanted to rent a multi-room house there to spend a holiday with my family. We decided to rent Ms. Zeynep's villa. Ms. Zeynep's house is really beautiful, it's big, has lots of rooms and has a beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone, with or without children. My kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The pool is not very large, but since not many people were there, we swam alone most of the time. The pool is very well maintained and clean. My children enjoyed the pool very much. A quiet and clean resort. The sea and the beach are very clean, I think it is the most beautiful sea and the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Since the sea was not very deep, the children swam without fear and had great fun. We were very pleased. We felt right at home. We thank Ms. Zeynep again for everything.

The villa itself is located away from the center of Alanya, 650 m to the sea, if it is hot, it is tiring, especially the plot along the road, you have to drive 3-4 km to good restaurants, to a good large supermarket as well. One of the reasons I chose Mustafa's places was because of the good reviews, and I can only confirm them. In my opinion the best beach is only some 10 minutes walking and you've got all you need in the area. There is also a (frequent but a bit crowded) bus that drives you to the city center in some 20/30 min. (depends on the traffic really, which can be an issues in cities in Türkyie). Apartment is very well equipped and the air-conditioning worked very good, which is very important if you want to sleep well in Alanya in July/August-the electricity and water bill was also like described (very low compared to westeuropean standards right now). We stayed for 15 days and everything was great!

The accommodation was very nice, is in the village znd is nice and quiet to relax, but where we were there were also many other private villas, so we felt comfortable because many other tourists were still, only problem we had, but the owner himself can't help it, we had 1-2 days of problems with water supply, which also affected everyone else in the village, which was due to the mayor of Alanya, which was then clarified, there were no problems anymore, for the 1-2 days, which always caused problems with the supply, came to the end of the owners, who did not require any electricity consumption and water consumption for money from us and has apologized several times and said that he experienced this for the first time. I and my wife are used to staving at 5 star hotels around the world, but because of our infant, we wanted to try out airbnb. we could not be more happy with the facilities, the place, and the continious help we received during our 11 night. the spa area itself is much more luxurious than many facilities in alanya. highly recommended! will for sure book here again the next time we are in alanya.

The location of the house is very good right across from the supermarket and pharmacy. The house is no different than the photos. The nice useful pool is great. It can be a problem for those who can't swim just because of the height of the pool. I think its height is around 180cm. Every item that can be used in the house has been considered. There is no sunbeds on the beach. It can be rented from hotels a little ahead. The host was very caring and very polite. Our only problem was the showers upstairs with little water. It was flowing like a rope. We two families left very happy. Thank you very much

Really beautiful apartment, nice located, close to the beach and restaurants without noise from the city. Beautiful views from balcony and all windows. 5th floor without elevator so if you have problem walking maybee this is not the best place for you. Anna- the assiatance for Tatiana is really sweet and helpfull, always responding and really carrying about you and your holiday. I will definitely come back to this place.
