Great place for travelers looking to visit the bay area or for families visiting relatives here in Alameda. 5 min drive to Alameda Ferry and 2 min walk to SF bus (25 mins to SF). This is a 1 bedroom, one bath duplex in a great neighborhood. Although its a 1 bed unit we do have a set of bunk beds in the bedroom and a pack-n-play crib for a infant. Its great for a couple or a family of 4 who would rather have access whole house rather than squeezing into a hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay at Blythe’s place! The unit is exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The location is quiet yet convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. Parking was a breeze, and communication with Blythe was fast and comprehensive throughout. A great bonus was the lovely backyard—perfect for kids. Would definitely stay again!

My whole family absolutely loved this place. We thought it was even more beautiful then we had even expected. I walked into Half Moon Bay and totally enjoyed the beautiful walk along a great trail. We also enjoyed everything in ElGranada. We couldn't have liked the place anymore then we did.

Jonathan's place was truly like home. We particularly appreciated the full kitchen, well-equipped, which enabled us to cook several meals rather than always eating out (although the neighborhood has many interesting ethnic restaurants). The beds were comfy -- both had reading lights -- and screens in both bedrooms and the living room.

The house was really clean with nice amenities and well stocked. Sheets, towels, beds and furniture were comfortable and of good quality. Nice view of the cove and a short walk to the beach - although it’s a pretty steep street so the walk back up will get your heart pumping.

Mike had a prepared list of all the great things to visit in Alameda and San Francisco. The location itself was peaceful and felt safe to walk around at night. I would definitely stay here again.
