beautiful peaceful villa! life slowed down for the duration of our stay, everything was as advertised and expected. felt like home from the moment we stepped into the villa definitely will return in the future. Gloria is a superb host! and the villa was spotlessly clean throughout.

We had a lovely stay here. We loved the farm style of the house, and it was very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful location among the olive trees. They allowed our dogs, which was very nice. Super kind hosts, they had made a fire for us in the fire place so the house was nice and warm when we arrived. We will definitely come back.

Great stay, the villa is very nice and peaceful. It’s absolutely spotlessly clean. Lovely orange and lemon trees around the house free to pick from. Juan Carlos was very helpful and easy to get in touch with, not that we had any issues. The only downside is the track to the villa from the main road.

The apartment is very conveniently located, close to a park and the beach. It has a very nice terrace where you can eat there too. The building is very quiet, you don't even know you have neighbors. The apartment is very good, simple but with all the amenities. José Antonio was very kind and explained everything about the apartment, and even sent us some recommended places to have dinner and eat in El Rincón. We were very comfortable! We will definitely consider this place when we return to the area!

What a stunning property!! So peaceful and a beautiful view! Matilde was excellent at communicating and so helpful at recommending highlights to see. Her and her brother Juan Carlos, who checked us in, were happy to help in any way to make our stay enjoyable. The property is at the edge of town so it’s definitely useful to have a car. Once entering the gate you drive up the driveway lined with mango trees. Matilde was happy to let us pick a few ripe ones and enjoy them😊 We loved having a swim in the shared pool, which we surprisingly had to ourselves. We also truly appreciated the air conditioning during this time of year. We would definitely recommend this property especially if you are looking for an escape from the busy city. We hope to stay again one day!

We stayed in the beautiful spacious house for the entire month of January, equipped with every comfort and met us fine. Chosen for January because it is not yet so hot in Spain and chosen for its location in the mountains because of the peace and nature. The house is located just outside the village of Periana with a beautiful unobstructed view towards the reservoir and in the distance the sea. Have taken beautiful mountain walks directly in the area or visited small villages by car or made wonderful beach walks on the coast in Torre del Mar that can be reached from Periana in half an hour. Behind the house was a spacious garden with beach chairs and barbecue and was lockable so our little dog could not walk away and play wonderfully, on the front floor you could also sit and enjoy the sunshine. The house was sparkling clean but because of the winter months it was fresh, so the wood-burning stove or electric had to be on. Andrés was a great host for us.

Great house – very beautiful and of a very good size, and believe me, we’re pretty spoiled in North America. It's also very close to Caminito del Rey. Salvador provided very clear instructions in advance, which made everything easy. A previous review mentioned that it was cold for them, but we visited at the beginning of March, and while it was chilly outside, we felt very comfortable inside. It was not cold at all. The convenience of having parking available in this location is a huge plus. Highly recommend!
