We were very happy & grateful to stay at Hassan's property. Hassan was easy to communicate with & quick to respond. The property is in a quiet location, yet close to restaurants, sights & places to buy water etc. The apartment is really bright & spacious, plus the garden is a real magical bonus. We felt very at home & peaceful there, a great retreat after a busy day out. The beds are very comfortable. There is a washing machine & clothes dry quickly on the clothes rack outside - a great bonus when you are traveling. Don't hesitate, you'll have a great stay here

This place is absolutely gorgeous! It really captures the beauty and magic of Luxor. On top of the accommodations the host fed us the best food we’ve had in Egypt. Ahmed is super friendly and very accommodating and even ran to the store to pick up cold medicine when I told him I wasn’t feeling well. The host really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Authentic experience in sight! Very nice secluded ecolodge, clean, well equipped and very pleasant. Valerie is a thoughtful host who knows her area and can offer transportation, visits and even meals in a local home! Eating typical with an Egyptian family is an experience we will always remember... What an amazing place! The villa is just beautiful - impeccably decorated and squeaky clean. The views from the top terrace of the sunrise and sunset were amazing and the pool was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights with our 3 boys aged 18, 16 and 11 - our 11 year old is autistic and so there was some worry about how he would would cope, however all the people were absolutely amazing and made our stay so easy. We had an itinerary arranged for trips out and were collected each day from the front door and driven to wherever we were going. On occasion we needed to change the plan but it was absolutely no issue and we were accommodated with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful place to anyone.

We enjoyed our one night at Full Moon House. Mostafa was very responsive with all communication and his nephew Mohamed checked us in and looked after us. The view from the balcony across the Nile was wonderful and we watched the hot air balloons at dawn from the rooftop. There are basic food places all around and the ferry to the East bank an easy walk. Cleanliness and maintenance lacked a little bit but the beds were clean and comfortable. The price was good and I would stay again.

Our stay at Elnopy was exactly what we needed—a peaceful, private location just a quick boat ride away from the city center. It allowed us to enjoy the serene countryside of Luxor with its calm atmosphere and fresh air, while still being only 15 minutes from the heart of the city. The house itself is clean, well-maintained, and spacious, offering all the comfort we could ask for. The highlight of our stay, however, was Elnopy himself. He is incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, always ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Elnopy for anyone seeking a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, without sacrificing proximity to Luxor’s main attractions.

Such a lovely time with Adam. He was very helpful and helped us organize activities we asked for. We had a lot of great conversations with Adam and he was very personable. He even came on a boat trip that he booked for us and greatly enriched it. He also often drove us in his car for free and showed us around the city. At the same time, he always gave us our space and we were able to decide for ourselves how much contact we wanted. We also felt very comfortable in the accommodation. We had everything we needed and the room was very well equipped. We felt that Adam always wanted the best for us and highly recommend his place.

My sister and I had an amazing time in Luxor. The stay was gorgeous but what especially stood out was the tour guides. Mohamed and Ta ensured we had an amazing time and an authentic experience. They were the sweetest people! Couldn’t recommend them more!!

The location of the house is very good, two minutes walk to the Nile, there is a wonderful terrace, I saw the most beautiful sunset in Luxor on the terrace, the landlord was very warm, personally greeted us in the room, prepared fruit and mineral water for us, we broke his table, he did not charge us anything, very friendly, great stay

This is a nice place to live in. The AC might not working very well on the second floor during summer season. The host was kind enough to arrange me to the first floor. The host friendly and warm hearted. The views from room were beautiful. Overall, I recommend people to stay here. One thing I need to address is about the home meal. I had a dinner from the host on the roof top. Taste, service and food is all good. Personally, I don’t share the same idea on the price. 600 Egypt Pounds is a little expensive. I can share the following price, a bowl of noodles in a Chinese restaurant nearby, 180 pounds. Two burgers in McDonald in the city center close to Luxor temple, 330 pounds.

Mohamed was very helpful. He was easily available for recommendations and helped set up visits to Valley of the Kings and balloon tours. The flat was clean and comfortable. The pool was welcoming after a hot day. His driver Mabrouk was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend and am looking forward to our return here.

The landlord is very friendly. I added vx to contact me in advance.The decoration of the house is very nice, very clean, and it is very close to Hilton.It is relatively close to the Karnak Temples.

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.

We had a wonderful stay at Elaine and Mahmoud's place. Communication is very simple and quick, they are very welcoming hosts without being intrusive. The space perfectly matches the photos, is clean, and has everything you need. A very good restaurant is right next door and the ferry to the east bank is within easy walking distance. They helped us a lot organize our stay in Luxor and Mahmoud was able to take us to the Valley of Kings and Queens. Everything is perfect, you can book without a second thought!

I wanted to find a place that was satisfactory even if I had no reviews and explored my new listing, and I finally found this place amazing. I was the first guest and everything is new. It is located in a 🏡warm and quiet banana forest alley. The upper floor was still unfinished, so I was able to use everything alone. When someone is staying, it is not under construction, so you don't have to worry. It's hard to find in Egypt, so everything is up-to-date, modern, comfortable, clean, and nice. I had a relaxing day in a few days. The 🧔🏽host abdul is a good person. It is considerate even if it is difficult to find the first time or the check-in time is uncertain. He is a person with a sense of tendency for all guests, and he is kind and friendly. He looks at me to see if I'm as uncomfortable as I put all my energy into. Unlike the best location for resting and healing, you may be tired of going anywhere on foot, but you don't have to worry. If you tell Abdul, he will take you here and there by bike, and when you buy what you need, he will come with you and try to serve you all the good things.🥭🍌🍧🍭 Also, if you tell him a little uncomfortable, he will solve it immediately. The morning he prepared for me is also the best. It was a stay full of lovely favors. Lastly.. He hides quietly and well so that I don't feel uncomfortable haha. I will stay here again next time.

We loved our stay here, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful spot on this side of the river and within a five minute walk to the ferry. We especially loved the sound of birds and opening our doors to the balcony! And the rooftop seating is an extra bonus :) The place is a lot larger and nicer than we were expecting, and very clean. Gamhoury is extremely kind and accommodating, and we appreciated how responsive and easygoing he is. The wifi is typical of anywhere else in Egypt, with an average download speed of around a 5 (it’s strongest in the main bedroom). Speaking of the bedroom- the bed is super comfy :) thanks again for the lovely stay, Gamhoury!

Amandine was a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment is a very good deal to spend some days in the calmer west bank of Luxor. Especially the private terrasse and the rooftop terrasse were great to sit and unwind! The pool was clean and the AC worked great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment!
