Vacation rentals with a patio in Akwapem North

This is honestly my best Airbnb so far! From the welcoming host to the beautiful aesthetic of the place to how peaceful the environment is. The apartment was modern and very clean. Location was close to stores and supermarkets. Nana was very responsive always a text or call away, ready to attend to needs, very communicative and the internet was top notch. 24hour power supply with a standby plant which was very useful. DSTV/Prime Videos on point👌. If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay, this Airbnb is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Good job guys!

My stay in the month of June 2024, was excellent! The apartment was in good shape, and Edward responded swiftly to fittings when there was the need. Bright, the manager was great, and his presence had been reassuring. Thanks for going the extra mile.

This airbnb is amazing. The host, Kofi made it feel like home away from home. I will definitely book it again on my next visit. The caretaker, Moses was outstanding, polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. I am recommending this airbnb to my family and friends. Loved it!

Joseph’s place was amazing. It was even bigger and more spacious than the pictures showed. The location was perfect for myself and our bridal party, as we were having a ceremony and reception close by, less than 5 minutes away. Joseph has a caretaker of the property, Prince, who will help you out with anything you need to feel comfortable. While getting ready, ghana had a lights out event. Thank God, this villa had a generator. This saved our wedding pictures. lol I can’t say enough about the Customer service. They extended our check out times so that we could comfortably get everything together post wedding. We even met Joseph in person… great guy. Very laid back and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at Nana’s place. The accommodation and amenities were exactly as described. The area is very safe, with the added peace of mind of being close to a police station. The environment was peaceful and calm, perfect for a relaxing stay. A special mention to Kingsley, the caretaker, who is such a humble and helpful man. He consistently went out of his way to provide excellent service. I will definitely return again and highly recommend this place to anyone—whether you're a family, couple, or solo traveler.

Eric and his staff was very prompt and accommodating. Clinton is a excellent house manager and very kind and respectful. The security is the best we’ve had with exhibiting exceptional gate service no matter what time coming or going. Any issue that was brought to Eric’s attention he handle with professionalism and ease. My family and I were grateful to have stayed in Eric’s home after leaving a way less comfortable town and home and look forward to booking again for family once they arrive in the country. We now stay not too far from his property, book your stay with confidence and enjoy a large home experience within the village.

Amazing space , very spacious and nice .loved every bit of it . Gives you this homey vibe and is absolutely worth it . Location wise is good very calm and quiet neighborhood and has good security system for your safety . 10/10 worth the visit again .

Had a great experience! Akua was always responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The mini breakfast bar and the bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. The work station was super comfortable and made working remotely a breeze. The entire space was spotless, well-equipped with all the listed amenities, and located in a secure community where I felt completely safe. I highly recommend! From day one, Welbeck and his team ensured everything was handled seamlessly, from boosting WiFi connectivity to arranging dry cleaning for our laundry when the washer malfunctioned. This location is ideal for escaping the city's hustle and bustle, offering stunning balcony views at night and a serene spot for daytime reading. Be prepared for a bit of a workout if you don’t have a car, that baby hill ain’t no joke 🤣🤣! I highly recommend this spot to anyone seeking a true home away from home. A special thanks to our caretaker Richard, who kept us entertained with his endless jokes!

My sister recommended this place after staying here previously, and I'm glad I went with her recommendation. I had a baby with me, the property was child friendly. Olivia and King are amazing hosts. They are great communicators and have the right answers. They were very flexible with an early check-in. They provided me with a travel cot for my baby, this was very useful. The welcome pack was handy. The rooftop space came very handy for relaxing in the mornings. The high-speed internet meant I could also stay connected with my family back home … I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my stay in Eric's condo, very spacious lovely and clean. Responds promptly day or night and very helpful. View from balcony is refreshing and lovely.

The condo was a great place to stay during my visit to Ghana. The pool and beautiful landscaping around the area was almost like staying at a resort. I didn't really have any issues while there, but the few times I reached out to Eric he was quick to respond. I would recommend this property to travelers looking for a relaxing place to stay on the outskirts of Accra.
