Mr. Tayfun is a very respectable man, and we received beautifully , and this residence is considered one of the most beautiful dwellings in the Akbat area, where it is characterized by calm and good air throughout the day and especially in the evening , taking into account the provision of all your food supplies from the supermarket, which is located at the beginning of the neighborhood below and next to the gas station… because the location of the residence is in a rather high area, and it is not next to any shops, whether food, restaurants and baking ovens, so go ahead By buying all your orders from the shops on the public street and enjoying good times in this beautiful residence. The furniture is clean and the kitchen has the basic things for cooking and the garden gives visual comfort to look at the farms adjacent to the housing. In general, we spent unforgettable days and very wonderful moments. Everything was fine. Clean house, the host was answering all questions very fast, the flat was as described, the only issue was that the host had mentioned that there is a parking lot, but we didn't find any! Overall it worth to stay and we were happy. Thank you

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Trabzon. The nature was very serene and there were great views from the living room and master bedroom. We spent a lot of time just looking out the windows at the view! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I definitely think you need to rent a car if staying here as it’s located quite far up a hill (but only around 8 minutes by car, and it means you get the great views so it’s well worth it!). There were fly screens on all of the windows and deck door so we didn’t have any issues with the mosquitos. Ümit was a great host, providing recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!
