Very nice apartment located very close to the ocean, quiet environment. The apartment is located far from the center of Casa, about 1h/1h30 by public transport ( line 5 by bus). Walid is very responsive and accommodating and the concierge Boraq is very kind and very helpful. We had a great stay. Thanks

We found the place as it was described. Mrs. Mahjouba was very friendly and responsive, the apartment was easy to find and it is located in a quiet and safe area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mohammedia. We will definitely come back next time.

Very comforting, spacious, and super clean home. There was plenty of extra amenities and towels for us to use, the Air condition is important to us since we’re coming from Canada so it’s nice that they work very good. We enjoyed the place and security at the compound is very friendly. Safe and peaceful place. Thank you!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and fully met our expectations. What we noticed the most was the cute baby cot and the beautiful decorations on the wall, which my daughter immediately fell in love with. In addition, everything was incredibly clean and odorless, which we appreciated very much. Checking in with a code went smoothly and hassle-free. Imane was a great host; the little touches like cookies and milk made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back here!

Had a great stay, everything was perfectly arranged and completely to your liking! The Wifi didn't work for a while, and after we reported it, a technical mechanic was sent right away (within 10 minutes) who got it working again within 5 minutes and since then the WiFi was excellent and super fast. Hats off for the quick service! All in all, Top accommodation! Wonderful surroundings and very child-friendly. Thanks Mohamed!👌🏽 See you next time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hakima’s luxurious apartment by the beach in Mohamadia , Morocco. The location of the apartment was fantastic, offering a nice view of the beach and just steps away from the Corniche. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and immaculately clean, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for my stay. Hakima was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Overall, my stay at Hakima’s place was nothing short of magical. This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Ms. Houda was not on site personally! But we met a really very nice lady on site who granted us access to the apartment and explained everything important to us. The apartment was in good condition. Only the photo with the outdoor terrace does not correspond to the photos. Currently, window panes are installed and it is no longer an open balcony. Which we personally found with toddlers but very well and above all safer. The windows are very large and can be opened wide for enough fresh air. Houda contacted us from time to time and asked if everything was okay. Thanks again! The area is very very safe and is strictly monitored 24 hours. The pool is very large and ideally suited for small and large. We recommend the apartment at any time

This place was very clean, Salim gave us very clear instructions, the stay went very well. A few meters from the beach , the location was ideal. It was perfect.
