Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Agusan del Sur

Had a great stay at this place. Joriz was very responsive to any questions I had and made sure me, my girlfriend, and her family were all comfortable. This place was also in a good location. It felt safe and was in walking distance to Robinson’s mall. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Butuan 🙂

We loved our stay at Butuan City. The place was able to accommodate our large group comfortably. There’s A/C available throughout the house and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The welcome package was also a very nice surprise to receive when we arrived! The caretaker of the house was helpful whenever we needed to contact them. Misael was extremely responsive whenever we would message them regarding any questions we had. They are also very understanding of our situation and let us check into the house earlier without any issues! Will definitely recommend this stay to others staying in the area.

As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

Home away from home! We highly recommend this place. We had an incredible time staying with family. The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from meat shop/grocery store, and the neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Ms. Charlyn for making our trip unforgettable!
