A wonderful quiet place , the beachfront IS great and so ist the beach. You can walk a long time and you meet nearly nobody. The apartment itself is well equipped and the bathroom has all one needs.

We really loved the property, bay front, lots of birds, lime trees, beautiful pool and outdoor space. Great paddle boards and kayaks. Super friendly, easy-going hosts. Felt like family and better than described. We really loved it. Thank you!

Katie's place was great for a quick overnight stay. Great location and comfortable space. Lots of restaurants nearby and nice view from the patio. The street traffic is a bit loud sometimes, so bring your ear plugs. Overall, it was a great stay and priced fairly. We would definitely stay again next time we're in golfito. J&A

Staying at Casa Madura was truly the experience of a lifetime! Rick has created a laidback abode that allows for the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living. The covered porch and hammocks provided the perfect perch to watch the "monkey T.V." playing out in the surrounding wild, jungle landscape. The ocean is literally steps away and with my sister and brother-in-law in Casa Dulce we were able to watch the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean and hop back and forth between both houses. With multiple beaches in walking distance and Martina's restaurant right down the road - we had a blissful, car-free week and enjoyed slowing down with the tides. Rick is extremely responsive to anything you need and Erick and Theresa are always there to help. The added bonus of the pickleball court provided for some fun family time.

Review for Airbnb (in English): The accommodation is in a fantastic location for anyone looking to disconnect, explore the area, and observe exotic wildlife. On the property alone, we saw monkeys, macaws, tubercle hokkos, wild pigs, a basilisk lizard, giant butterflies, a hummingbird, leafcutter ants, and even a rhinoceros beetle. In the surrounding area, there’s even more to discover, like toucans. The house is functional and well-equipped— everything we needed was provided. One surprise was the nocturnal raids by raccoons, which we hadn’t anticipated. After we blocked the cabinet and fridge with chairs, they left us alone. In the end, it’s a funny story we’ll laugh about for years! We had a wonderful time in this little paradise and would highly recommend it to nature lovers.

Great space for families and larger groups. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home. Carolina was very attentive, always responding quickly. She and her team were very kind! Pavones is a finder, especially for those who surf. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Cabo Banco might just be one of the most beautiful places in Costa Rica. We were here 23 years ago and it is still just as beautiful! The house is very well designed and extremely comfortable. Kitchen is great for preparing full meals and the lounging area very comfortable. The location in Punta Banco is ideal! We could walk less than 100 steps and be at the surf. The low tide pools past the town are great for lounging. We will definitely be back; I said to my wife, this is a little peace of paradise!

We had a great time perched at the top of this hill overlooking the plain of Puerto Jiménez. The howler monkeys offered us a concerto during our aperitif by the pool! The macaws were there morning and night! Not to mention toucans, parakeets and so many others. A real watchtower! The accommodation is very well equipped, the air conditioning works perfectly, we felt like we were at home. The most demanding of us will regret that the water in the hot tub is not heated and that the washing machine is atypical (it requires constant attention because it does not cycle on its own). We loved it and will come back without hesitation to have a good time with a view!

Perfect place for surfers, excellent condos, everything you need and you can watch the beauty of Pavones breaking while having your morning coffee. Would stay again 100%

Beautiful beach front property on a semi secluded beach ideal for body surfing or boogie boarding. Easy walking distance to nice restaurants and small grocery shops. Nothing better than following asleep to the sound of waves!

Our stay at Rey and Stephanie’s (hosted by Naomi) was fantastic. We so enjoyed all the incredible wildlife visiting the property each morning- Iguanas, Tucans, squirrel monkeys etc. The house is very comfortable for a group of 6 with all the amenities in the kitchen and house that you could need. The pool is perfect and the outdoor shower is a beautiful touch. Naomi took us on an awesome tubing tour down rio claro and also provides many options for activities in Pavones, which is handy. Rey was an incredibly helpful host and really took care of us and made us feel at home on his property. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back soon!
