Newly Built. Enjoy our walking trails and the abundance of Flowers bushes and fruit trees. 10-minute walk to Whale's Tail. Villa includes a spacious open full kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and patio with outside seating and hammock by the pool. Excellent fiber optic Wifi. Beautiful half acre property in residential area surrounded by lush trees. Daily visits by numerous types of birds! Shared pool with two other Villas, outdoor shower, washing machine, bbq, trampoline, and a grassy field with soccer goal. LGBTQ owned. Caretaker on site but away from the guest area.

Photos taken June 1, 2022! Why bother with a hotel when you could have this! Located in an idyllic setting a 15 MINUTE WALK to the beach and seconds to the Baru River in Dominical. Waterfalls, beaches, Cano Island tours, Manuel Antonio & Ballena Nationall Parks and more are all less than 40 minutes away! Walk along the river to lots of swimming holes! Relax on our 2nd story deck, and catch a toucan or two or whip up an amazing feast in our well equipped kitchen. Welcome Home!

Our large ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath home with garage has every amenity you could desire for your ultimate vacation. This home sleeps up to 6 with the entire top floor housing a king and two singles, bathroom and covered balcony. A queen and newly remodeled bath room lead from our open concept kitchen and LR with leather furniture. Dine in or relax out doors on two covered balconies, rocking chairs overlooking our beach & 17x36 pool with rancho & BBQ. Steps from the beach.
