mr. Stergios is an amazing person willing to help you with anything you need. the house was fantastic with comfort and quiet. it really deserves not to be there . Also spotless everything.. . many well done.

Very comfortable, spacious and cozy apartment in a convenient area very close to the center of Volos. The parking space provided is very useful for the area. Helpful owner who also provided us with a playpen for the baby. We will prefer it again if we find ourselves in Volos again.

Both Nikos and his parents were really nice and gave us homemade gifts as well as offered coffee and other things they made themselves. Beaches of Lefokastro and surroundings were amazing without congestion and crystal clear water. Many quaint villages nearby. Best fish restaurant O’ Pappus, I think was called with fresh fish. Will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Dimitris was an amazing host! Super responsive, nice, and helpful. The location is great, you have a private beach when the restaurant is closed, and a great restaurant for dinners (we ate there every night). It's as close to the water as can get. It's worth mentioning that the apartment is older than the impression we got from the photos, and that there's an AC only in the entrance hallway. We didn't mind, the provided fans were enough. Overall our vecation wouldn't look the same if we stayed elsewhere, and we would love to come back in the future!

Veronica’s apartment is impeccable, super clean and cute, it has everything we needed and more. It’s close to the center and the sea, but still in a nice and quiet location. There’s a gym, a supermarket and a café right at the corner. Veronica is a great host and made sure we were well settled and informed about everything! She welcomes one with coffee, salt, olive oil and a bottle of water. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time at your cute place!

The apartment was sweet, clean, and comfortable, and the rooftop view was absolutely beautiful. Maria, Angeliki’s mother, was a wonderful host. She greeted us with limoncello and a dessert upon arrival and even gave us a souvenir when we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's also worth noting that when we had some trouble and had to leave early, Angeliki was very thoughtful and considerate

We spent beautiful days in Paou and felt very welcome from the first minute! The apartment itself is small but for us, as a couple, it was perfect. The house is surrounded by a lot of olive, lemon and pomegranate trees and a there is a scent of roses in the air, which we found very exceptional and beautiful. Right across the front yard, there is the Pagasetic gulf for a good swim. We rented a small motorbike, did our shopping in the cute town of Argalastì (15min), and enjoyed exploring the Aegean coast with its big beaches too(30 min drive). Aikaterini‘s parents also spent some days at the house. They were adorable and inspiring people that want you to feel welcome and comfortable! They provided us with fresh towels and bed sheets whenever we needed them, and they were easy to talk and reach out to. 10/10 recommend for an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

Very clean and nice place, plus very friendly and helpful hosts, communication was excellent.

The apartment comfortably exceeded the needs of a family of 7. The children slept comfortably in the 2 semi-double beds and on the living room couch. It is also very convenient as it is 10 minutes walk from the center of Volos. Finally, it's easy to park in front of or very close to the apartment. I think this is a value for money option.

Thodoros was an excellent host, always willing to help us and answer any questions. The house was functional and well cared for. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen.

Amazing place. We've always chosen the islands as our destination when visiting Greece, but this time we tried something different - and it was worth every penny! The house is as gorgeous as in the pictures, and the size of the property means that you feel completely private - while still being only 30 seconds walk from the beach. The surrounding area is classic Greece, with a gorgerous beach (with very few people, a nice beach bar and almost no tourists) and the two nearby towns both worth a visit. If you want to experience local life in Greece, in beautiful surroundings and closer to the beach than you've ever been, Villa Zoe is your place - and Charis your super-friendly host.

In short, great accommodation, organization and cleanliness. A homey feeling given by the construction and furniture. You feel like you went to your grandfather's house, but there's been a renovation. It leaves the feeling that work has been done with passion and a lot of personal work, and that makes you appreciate it even more and you can see even the imperfections with a smile.

Very nice house, had everything, pharmacy, breakfast, fruit, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies. The bathroom was outside the house but we didn't mind at all. Spotless, fully equipped (it had a washer), cleaning supplies, a drying rack, and an umbrella for the beach. Clearly pet friendly space. The neighbor's dog kept coming too. The garden is very nice, we had our peace and privacy. The only thing we struggled with was the downhill you go to the house from the village road (1 minute distance). But it's okay because you can leave the car on the road at the edge or on the beach that is very close to the house.

It was an absolutely stress free experience dealing with Natasha and George, they were both very polite and communication between myself and them was seamless, the only complaint I would have is that we only stayed one night. 10/10 🤩

Everything is perfect

The house is made with love and very good materials. The space is spotless providing all the comforts a family needs and not only. It is located in a quiet area near the center and has ample parking on the street. The host is prompt, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more convenient place to stay. Thank you, Dimitrios, for making our trip to Volos so memorable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday!

Comparably cheap with one of the kindest hosts I yet encountered. From free food to friendly chit chat and recommendations as where to head further on that trip of mine. No regrets staying here, recommend :)

Very nice little apartment, close to the pedestrian street. Cheaper and better doesn't exist. Recommended.
