Vacation rentals with breakfast in Agonda Beach

This is undoubtedly a great place to stay if you want to enjoy North Goa away from the very crowded beaches but still want to be closer to some activity! Tucked right by the Anjuna Beach and at a stones throw from Curlies, Cezar's place is perfectly located and beautifully maintained by Jalak. It gives you a great view of the sea and is right by the flea market if you are in a shopping mood. The many restaurants in Anjuna are about a 15-20 mins walk! Highly recommend and will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The check-in process was seamless, and everything was perfectly prepared to meet our requests. Being a large group, we were initially concerned about coordination, but the caretakers Gautam bhaiya, Das bhaiya and Shanu exceeded our expectations. They were always on their toes, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. It genuinely felt like a home away from home! The property itself is stunning, with a beautifully maintained pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. A major bonus is its fantastic location—just under 5 minutes from the beach. The food served was exceptional, and the fresh coconut water offered every morning was such a delightful touch. The Host was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested some amazing local spots for us to visit, which added to the overall experience. Despite being a large group with diverse preferences, everyone had only great things to say about the property and the service.

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍

Gail and Savio were amazing and very very hospitable. The home itself is breathtaking. The hosts were very caring and accomodating. They checked on us on a daily basis. The pool was where we were to be found all the time. We cooked, we laughed, we made wonderful memories. Will certainly come back

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

I recently stayed at Villa Mi Primero in Anjuna, and it’s a wonderful place! It’s a beautiful old Portuguese-style house with modern comforts. The rooms are big, there’s a private pool, and the garden is peaceful. The staff is helpful, and you get a chef and breakfast included. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Goa. Highly recommended!

We had a great time and Sharvil was super responsive at all times. We in fact extended our stay from 4 days to a week! The place, the location, the neighborhood everything was just perfect and exactly what we needed since we were traveling with our dog. The whole house comes with all the amenities as listed and a fully equipped kitchen and utility. Since it’s in a gated community, it’s secluded, well maintained, organized, peaceful, private, and secure enough in a great neighborhood with great restaurants and places to explore close by. It’s a well done house and looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you for being a great host, Sharvil!

We had a very comfortable stay! Mr. Dilip made sure our check in and check out went smooth. The place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We would certainly choose this place again. You can swim at the pool or if you just wanna enjoy with some movies, the 4k TV and fast wifi makes sure you have a fun movie marathon experience. If you have proper swimming attire, you can enjoy swimming at the pool. Swiggy/zomato/instamart connectivity is great! Would highly recommend!

Stunning 3 BHK Apartment with Breathtaking Ocean Views Property can easily accommodate 8 people. I had an incredible stay at this spacious 3 BHK apartment in South Goa! The location in Holy Cross Colony is perfect—close to the Dabolim Airport, which made it very convenient for travel. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and absolutely huge. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the modern interiors made it feel very fresh and comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was the incredible view of the ocean and island from the apartment, which brought in plenty of natural light and fresh air throughout the day. The space felt open and airy, making it a perfect place to relax. The private pool and seating area made the experience even more luxurious, allowing us to unwind with a view. This apartment is an ideal getaway for anyone looking for both comfort and a picturesque setting. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Goa—you won't be disappointed!

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

We loved our stay in this clean, well-maintained apartment. It was cozy, fully equipped, and perfectly located near the beach and local restaurants while still being peaceful. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making the experience seamless. Highly recommend for a relaxing Goa getaway!

Jatin is a great communicator. He promptly addressed all my requests. I wanted some additional appliances which Jatin promptly ordered for me. The place was always kept clean & linens changed everyday. His assistant manager Miss Geeta took care of all my immediate requests. I have booked my stay all the way till the first week of March 2024. This is the 2nd time I am renting this place & plan on doing so again. I strongly recommend renting apartments from Jatin.

This is located inside the Santana beach resort which has access to the quiet and less crowded beach in between Candolim and Sinquerium and near to shacks like Calamari. Yazu (Marquis) and Caravela (Taj Holiday) are walking distance. The experience is exactly like staying as a resort guest with all amenities available like swimming pool, Splash pool bar and Olegario restaurant. Good spread in breakfast buffet. Staff are very courteous and room service is prompt. Worth the money!

Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

Valerio uncle and Shefali were great hosts! Ginger the cat was entertaining. We stayed for three nights and it was very comfortable. The terrace has some rare Anthurium plants. The collection of books is admirable as well as glass jars and antique furniture pieces. It was a very good experience, will definitely would like to stay again whenever in Panjim

Host was extremely responsive,let me check in at an early hour as room was available.Kudos to them for this! The staff were also extremely friendly and nice and polite!What a place to stay near Anjuna! Absolutely loved Salim ,the caretaker,very helpful,and the cook, who made great breakfasts! Lovely stay!

Lovely place, great location with the beach and shops just around the corner.

I wanted to get away from humanity to just enjoy nature and peace - and this place offered me both in abundance. The property is huuuge, full of little tranquil escapes within the area - in the midst of which are the cottages, which are perfect for a solo stay/group stay. The staff were super sweet, helpful & respectful. They grow so much of their own produce, serve that for meals which tastes wholesome. If you’re looking to get away from the city hustle bustle and tuck yourself in nature - this is the place. Would i go back? 100%.

I had an amazing week here! Pete is the nicest guy who is always around to help if you need anything. He has put a lot of love and work into the property, and it shows! The price is very fair for what you get here--hot water, beautiful room, comfy bed with private balcony and outdoor seating. The rooms are well spaced apart which is a major plus. You can order food directly to your room, or the beach....or any of the other relaxing spaces on the property. The staff are all very hard-working and the service is excellent. Finally....the internet is strong and reliable. I worked form my room many days and never had an issue. This place is gem on Patnem beach and I will definitely return!
