Welcome to an urban and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Kristiansand. Porch with sun from early morning to 10pm ☀️ The apartment is a stone's throw away Kristiansand city center and it takes only 15 minutes to walk down to the city center. It contains a bathroom, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment is located in a house from 1933 so there is some wear on the cladding and we are renovating the basement. Because of this, it is a bit more chaotic on the plot than usual. It is possible to wash clothes on the floor above.

There is access to water and a 12-volt power plant.
