The house was as described. Like a little museum. The hot tub was very clean. Communication was quick. Thank you also for the personal greeting and the wine.

The house and furnishings are super nice and cozy and the view outside is a dream. We were there in the deepest winter and I would recommend everyone to only arrive by four-wheel drive and snow chains in snow. The streets to the property are very icy and not for beginners. We had to help the neighbors (without four-wheel drive and snow chains) for over an hour from the exit, as they got stuck and the winter service was not there yet (came regularly 1-2 times a day). Otherwise, communication with Inger was great. We had a concern upon arrival regarding the cleanliness, which we were able to clarify within minutes. If you had any further questions, Inger was always super quick to reach and helped. If you want to spend a relaxing and quiet time, this is the place to be!

We had a very nice time in the cabin of Ingvild. Very clean and you felt right at home. Surroundings were very nice looking from nature. When all this is finished, it will be great there. We will be happy to come back.

We would highly recommend a stay at Brage and Gro's cabin. The cabin is experienced in very good condition, with good facilities, nice living rooms, lovely views and large outdoor areas. A charming place where both two- and four-legged fun. Thanks to the host for great communication and service!

Jonny's Cabin is a true gem! Secluded, cozy, and surrounded by pristine nature, it was the perfect winter retreat. The cabin was warm and well-equipped with a wood fire stove, plenty of firewood, cooking utensils, and comfortable beds. The views of the lake and the stunning trails nearby were unforgettable. We loved exploring the area and soaking in the peace and beauty of the surroundings. Jonny went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we had an issue with our rental car, he immediately came to help, even though he didn’t have to. His positivity and kindness, along with his amazing family, made us feel right at home. This cabin is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! We will be back again in summer and winter to stay here!!

The cabin was very practical, the wood-burning stove was good and warm on a busy winter day. And the cabin was such that we could take our skis from the cabin door and far into the mountains. As a curiosity can be mentioned that the tap drinking water was of the very best quality, we have never tasted better water!

We had an unforgettable christmas at casa rossa. The way from parking to the house on hill was icy and hard to go, caused of heavy snow the days before. A backpacking rucksack will be better than our suitcases. The view to valley, see and fjord is really amazing. The house is eqipped by etherything you need for a comfortable stay. Ingunn answered instantly to our questions for technical things and takes care a lot. Thank you very much Ingunn!

Eva is a very attentive and thoughtful host. Her house is cozy and well equipped for a comfortable holiday. The house is located in an excellent place for walking in nature and fishing for trout. It is a quiet retreat for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only 15 minutes from shops and gas station. We recommend this place for a vacation.

We made a stop here on our 5 month trip through Scandinavia. The house was beautiful and clean. Our children loved the nearby playground.

Great place, amazing host! Peaceful and wonderful to be in! Amazing backyard, and well maintained. The only 4/5 were beds. A bit uncomfortable, but that's just subjective opinion, someone else might enjoy beds like those. And very short door frames on the 2nd floor... hit my head more then once :D again, not fault of the owner :) I highly recommend the place!

Beautiful home close to forest and lakes. Beautiful terrace with beautiful view on the fjord and sun until 6 p.m. in August. Very quiet.

Conclusion: Well-equipped, clean, comfortable, lovingly decorated Norwegian mountain hut in a beautiful natural location. Highly recommend! Communication with Anita went smoothly and requests were immediately helped. What to know about the cabin in winter: There is no way to get to the cabin, which you can drive by car. If it has snowed heavily before, you have to transport the luggage and food about 150m through deep snow and darkness. (Don't forget flashlight. In Norway it gets dark early.) If it snowed heavily overnight, you have to shake your way down the next day. The drive to the cabin requires very good knowledge in winter with very winter road conditions. Food should be taken in sufficient quantity in advance in winter if possible, as you are heavily dependent on weather up there in winter and you may not be able to drive into the valley for a day. Good for nature lovers.

Incredibly cozy cabin in great surroundings! Easy arrival and a short walk from the parking lot. Cozy outdoor area around the cabin, walking distance to swimming/fishing waters. Good beds and plenty of room in the cabin. Can really recommend!
