The stay was very relaxing. The house was very spacious with many rooms and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of things. The lake is a walk from the house. We were able to walk very well with the dogs, even without keeping them on a leash all the time.

Very nice apartment, small but intelligently arranged on three levels, suitable for a couple with a child of school age and tastefully furnished. Even on winter days of discreet cold, the accommodation was very warm. Easy check-in and checkout with good flexibility from the host. Great cleanliness. Parking space practically one minute from the house. Enviable location, the apartment is in fact in a very quiet alley, but it remains a few dozen meters from the center of Santa Maria Maggiore and therefore also from shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you Wally, recommended stay!

We had a lot of fun enjoying the charm and calm offered by Christian's place and this beautiful region. Christian was always available and friendly to offer us the best possible stay conditions. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We (3 adults and 6 lively children aged 6-12) were warmly welcomed. Since we arrived by public transport, Maya offered us luggage transport to the accommodation. We felt very comfortable in the homely, bright accommodation with several shops to fire up on the upper outskirts of the village. The amenities are practical and we lacked nothing. Thanks to the good starting point for snow activities, we were able to fully enjoy our stay!

We had a pleasant weekend with the family (9 people) in this former chalet renovated and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of space, with a spacious living room and a large well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have a lot of charm, the one on the ground floor has an en-suite shower room. On the 1st floor there are four nice mezzanine bedrooms with two showers and a toilet as well as a small living room. The equipment as well as the cleanliness was up to our expectations and we were welcomed by neighbor Monique. Owner Paula was very responsive to our requests and we were able to benefit from leaving later on Sunday afternoon. That was great, we'll be back!

We were there with the family over Christmas and were lucky that it had snowed a lot and we were truly in a winter wonderland. The view is fantastic, the enclosed terrace at sunset very romantic (very warm during the day, so the wet clothes could dry wonderfully). You can hear the neighbors in the same house a little, which has not bothered us at all now, rather we were worried that our children were too noisy for the lower apartment. Fortunately, there were no complaints:) We otherwise felt very comfortable and the children's ski lift in front of the house was extremely convenient if you are traveling with children. It is very nicely located, not too busy and for the break there are benches, sun loungers and drinks at the bottom of the slopes. Sina always responded very quickly despite the holidays and was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend the chalet. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

It's just good, it's very very pleasant

The house in itself was beautiful alone the point of view and it looks worthwhile. We were extremely satisfied with the amenities ! Very child-friendly and really everything available in every area and also very high quality. The rooms look size in the photos but it's okay with 8 adult 1 baby. The description with the swimming pool was also very misleading. Since there is only one hot tub on site. But otherwise it is a very nice property with super privacy and beautiful views. The hosts were also very friendly. Everything was wonderfully described and worked. Always happy 👍🏽

Great communication and friendly host. House is like the pictures

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

Besides the breathtaking surroundings, and the modern, hygienic and fully equipped apartment, what we really appreciate is that Pius respects our privacy and gives us 100% freedom, but at the same time he is very helpful and answering message in minutes. It is a very nice airbnb, we were 5 people, and the accommodation is well prepared, it is spacious, beautiful and modern, the communication with the host very well, very simple and very comfortable, I recommend this place for 6 people since the beds are comfortable! I would definitely go back to this place!

I was very happy with the place. Everything I needed was there. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in 3 to 5 minutes. I will be back.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and also in autumn the apartment is very cozy, as it has a fireplace with wood. The apartment is absolutely recommendable. Be sure to find out about the opening hours of the gondola lift in advance. During the week of our visit, the train was closed for repair work.

I stayed at the chalet with my husband, 3 month old baby and my parents for two nights. The place and its surroundings are beautiful and all necessary amenities are provided, very convenient place for families. It was very easy to communicate with Herve and he was very flexible letting us check in an hour early and leave an hour late. The only challenge was that our small rental car could not make it up the hill in a snowstorm, so if staying during winter, make sure to have a 4x4 or snow chains. Otherwise this is an excellent place, we would love to stay here again! Next time we’ll just rent a bigger car 😀 Thank you!

Very well suited to the needs of families with young children with a large common room upstairs that can be used as a games room:-) Located in a very quiet and pleasant environment away from busy roads, and therefore far from shuttle buses! It is better to plan your trips by car.

We were two families with 2 little children, the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all. It has a nice balcony with a breathtaking view of the sorrounding mountains. It is a great starting point if you want to hike down to the valley. We really felt like home. It is highly recommended for families and small groups travelling together. Thank you Alain! Cheers!
