Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Adriatic Sea

The house is very nice and tidy, the location is great,close to all attractions within 10 minutes. In snowy times, you can also enjoy sledding and winter joys in front of the house and the nearby Mukinje sledding area at about 10 minutes away. The host, Ivana, is super helpful and responsive. And a domestic dog who is always guarding the house and guests.

We only spent one night in the apartment, we found it very clean and tidy. It has all the comforts and equipment to spend at home even longer stays. It is located in a quiet place less than 10 minutes from the Ceprano motorway toll booth; the center of the village is always easily reached in less than 10 minutes by car. It has a large outdoor area that can always be used, of course when the weather allows it. I also recommend it to families with children.

Very nice ,clean accommodation in the quiet place Betina, everything worked well from the landlord, wishes were done immediately. Of course, there are not so many offers of restaurants, etc., but there are also very good restaurants in Murter at this time, and they can be reached in a few minutes. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Rossella's place is comfortable, spacious, well-structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very spacious, a nice well-kept garden, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We definitely can only recommend Rossella's place.

Easy and straightforward communication even before arrival. Easy and comfortable check-in, super friendly homeowners (Franko as well as his wife Andrea), great location with a wonderful view. The apartment was very clean and we had a really great time there. Highly recommended and also on our part happy to come back for the next Zadar visit!

We (dad + 2 daughters) were allowed to spend 10 days here. We were very warmly welcomed by Sanjin's mother, a very warm woman with excellent baking and cooking skills! We had everything we needed and felt more than comfortable in this stunning area. Thanks again Sanjin and mom, you've more than earned the 5 stars

The best house we have been in Albania. It was clean, air-conditioned and close to restaurants and beach club. Deborah is a sweetheart . The house is on a first floor with no elevator so it is appreciated that it is only one floor. In the house there were towels, clothes iron, sheets and other necessary belongings. I would definitely recommend it

The house is within walking distance to the center, just walking uphill and climbing the stairs is challenging on the way back, but if you came for a trip, you are already on the way to walk. The host is very caring and helpful, and we were so happy they left us as a treat.

Absolutely loved our stay with Lea! She was super attentive and gave us great recommendation. The location was perfect for visiting the old town and right beside the cable cars too. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.
