Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Adriatic Sea

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! Alex is a wonderful host. Always willing to help and advise. He sent us links to restaurants and places to visit in the area on the first day. He also recommended some beaches suitable for small children. The host is trying hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I recommend it with a clear heart.

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

Highly recommended. The property is well maintained and less than 10 mins walk via the short cut to the beach/old town. It offers a great view of the bay from the balcony which is an added advantage. Radovan and his family were very much responsive and helped us manage park in the typical narrow Budva roads. Hats off.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations and restaurants. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.
