We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful cottage, everything was extremely clean and thoughtfully set out. We really appreciated the bits left for breakfast for both mornings and also the wine and snacks which we enjoyed on the terrace. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in McLaren Vale!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful accommodation in Blewitt Springs. The location and views were absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. The accommodation itself was cosy yet luxurious, immaculately clean and tidy, and felt truly high-end. The hosts had thought of everything, including a wonderful goodie basket filled with local produce and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in was seamless, and the whole experience was effortless from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway—it was simply perfect!

Had a wonderful stay here with a friend for Gather Round 2025. Well positioned for the Adelaide Oval games. Also on the free city bus loop which was helpful. Regina was super responsive and helpful with check in etc. The cottage is lovely and decked out in period furniture. Beds were comfy Thanks for the stay

We had such a special stay at Meriel’s cottage. It is so beautifully and meticulously put together. Meriel was a true B&B host, going the extra mile to make our stay perfect, even leaving an Easter egg hunt for our boys to enjoy on arrival! I loved the personal touch in all my communication with Meriel. We cooked a number of meals in the well equipped kitchen, and a highlight was eating outside in the stunning garden on a balmy evening. We were able to take a very pleasant walk through the Botanical Gardens into the Art Gallery from the cottage and also took an outing to see the pandas at the nearby zoo. We’re already plotting our next stay.

I’ve never walked into the home of someone I didn’t know and felt so welcomed and immediately at home. The space was filled with warmth and positivity and had the most amazing feel. Very spacious for our 3 kids and dog and super close to the beach and walking/running paths. I’d highly recommend staying here and in our daughters words “I think I’ll buy this place when I grow up” ❤️

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was very cosy, The kitchen was fully equipped, with the addition of spices and cooking condiments if needed. Plenty of towels and beach towels supplied as well as bathroom necessities which is great for a traveller that likes to carry little. The back yard was very quaint and peaceful, great for my morning coffee and read. The house was is in a great spot, walking distance to beach , shops, and many great coffee shops and restaurants. Overall very satisfied and will definitely return .

A neat and tidy little getaway with beautiful scenery and surroundings. It is close to everything but is secluded enough to feel like you’ve escaped the hustle and bustle of life for a while. Great stay!

It was lovely to return to Johnny and Ann’s exceptional hospitality. Their property is a charming slice of history, beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay is thoughtfully provided, including generous breakfast supplies that were much appreciated. Johnny and Ann are such warm and friendly hosts, making the experience all the more memorable. Highly recommended!

Very conformable stay short walk to Main Street (cafes and shopping centre) access to wifi a plus especially with work loved cooking on the BBQ used the best of the weather and the last days of day light savings definitely recommend for a couple or two great stay Thanks You Mark and Deb

This little cottage is a real treasure, absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and everything to hand. Spa products and big white fluffy towels luxurious pamper. Produce provided was of excellent quality and delicious. We visited the town where we met many pleasant people. Gilbert Motor Museum was interesting as were the Antique shops plus a coffee stop at Appleseed . We had a wonderful break and would 100% recomend to all, the best value break you could ask for. Beautiful little cottage, renovated to a very high standard in a lovely garden setting. Extremely well equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. House was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. The host was very helpful and I would recommend this property to anyone who appreciates quality, location and comfort.

We had a wonderful time there. The pace was beautiful, nice and cozy, felt right at home. We had an incredible time, wonderful surroundings and good places for food. The host were very cooperative and welcoming, we had a nice time there me and my partner.

We stayed at Julien's place for a week while our daughter was settling into Flinders University which is only 10 minutes away. Julien provided clear accurate instructions on accessing his place and helped us with check-in. There was so much space in the room, and we were very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for a short term stay including electric frying pan, mini oven, toaster and bar fridge. It is located right behind the train station and only five minute walk to Belair Hotel which has great meals and service. We took the train into the city, which was roughly an hour trip but the scenery was beautiful travelling through the hills. Overall the stay was very comfortable, accommodating, and we would definitely stay again.

The house was lovely, and it was very clear that a lot of thought had gone into the home. The home had everything you could possibly need, and was nice and spacious. The surrounds were really beautiful, it was a lovely place to spend a few days. Nick (the host) was super helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend a stay here :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous cottage. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming and special. All the thoughtful little touches that Jane left for us made our stay even more memorable – you can really tell she goes the extra mile for her guests. Waking up to parrots feeding just outside the kitchen window each morning was such a treat, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast in the lovely outdoor area. It was peaceful, comfortable, and just perfect. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future!
