We traveled with our two children and dog and thought this was a great place in the Dells. We liked the easy access to the water park without having to go outside (underground tunnel). We liked the location because it felt private but was a short drive to the downtown Dells area. Melissa is a great host and was very communicative throughout our stay whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Dells.

A charming resort building is set among lush greenery, featuring warm wooden tones and stone accents. The spacious porch is supported by substantial stone pillars and offers a welcoming area with comfortable seating. Surrounding grasslands enhance the natural ambiance of the setting.

Chula Vista Resort Villa With Water Park Passes

It was conveniently located across the street from check In, it was nice that the villa area was less crowded and quieter than the hotel area. Alex was very communicative and place was nice and clean, perfect that we could bring our dog as well! There is a nice walking path for your dog outside the patio area that runs along the golf course. Thank you!

We stayed here last year also. It is a very quaint and private place. Everything is wonderful. And very accessible to area restaurants and shopping. Hosts are personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Will book again. Cynthia

Riverview Big Family Condo 3 bedroom/3 bath for 16

Syed was very helpful and responsive the duration of booking the condo and the stay. The place was just beautiful with a nice scenic view from both balconies. Attractions, entertainment, and restaurants (outside of the property) were minutes away, along with gas stations and convenience stores such as Dollar General and even Walgreens. The kids had an amazing time. You don’t have to bring any cookware, just food and seasonings. Check-in was extremely easy. Put the code in and you’re good to go. The condo was a slightly modernized cabin. I personally loved the 14’ ceilings and the fact that every room had a separate bathroom. The kids loved the in-room jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable and the shower water was hot! Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and air fresheners were in all bathrooms. We plan on visiting again in the soon to take advantage of Noah’s Ark discounted tickets!

Eric was super helpful and quickly responded to my questions. The place was even nicer than the pictures. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The waterpark was great and the kids had a blast. I loved being in the Villas. We still had all of the amenities of being at the hotel but without the crowds. it was really nice to have our own parking lot. We're looking forward to staying at Eric's place again sometime soon!

Melissa is a great host! She was very responsive and helpful. Her place was just what we needed. It's very easy to get in and a great location if you are using the waterpark. Plus, there is an outdoor hot tub close by and a pool right there. We were not here at a time to use the regular outdoor pools, but the waterpark is literally a small walk through parking lot or tunnel to get to. We were there for a sporting tournament and could walk to the Dome (1.2 miles) and it's an easy walk that has a sidewalk the whole way.

Big two-bedroom condo with private jacuzzi and kitchen. Ivaylo is a great host with fast response and assistance. We enjoyed our stay here!
