My stay at Onur’s place was fantastic! The staff, Emrah especially, were incredibly helpful, offering tips on local tours and restaurant recommendations. When I found myself a bit short on cash for a taxi, they were kind enough to help me out. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location is great, five minutes away from the tourist zone, so you can walk to it. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Owners are friendly and courteous. They'll try to help you as much as they can.

We loved the help given, the recommendations, and the tour on the boat. It wasn't expensive, it was a realistic price. If we ever go back to Istanbul (hopefully we do), we will return to MarmaraGuestHouse. SPANISH: Honestly, we really enjoyed ourselves. This was a great location to visit the local sites. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia are only few minutes walk away.

This place was great if you want to visit the attractions like the mosques and bazaars! Taxis are not cheap so if you’re looking to party I would look into the newer side of Instanbul! There are no clubs walking distance or close to this location. There’s also a karaoke bar that sits right next door and you often hear it at night. It didn’t keep us up but definitely worth noting. You can also hear outside noise but it’s to be expected due to the location being so close and historical! Overall, I loved this place! It was a great place to stay to see all of t he e history Faith had to offer! We walked everywhere and met so many locals it started to feel like home! The owner is super responsive and made it super easy with our late flight! Will definitely be back! Thankyou!

The price was the performance place, but it was an extremely clean room, we were very satisfied, thank you to the host, it was very helpful.

Good place and nice location

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful and secluded location

Thank you for the friendly attitude of Gökhan and his team, the dedication to meet our demands in the best way, and for the cleanliness of the apartment. There's nothing wrong with the beds, except that the beds are hard and squeaky, which we didn't worry about.

Great place to stay in the middle of the city close to many cafes and restaurants and very walkable. There was live music at most of the bars but the noise did not disturb our sleep. The host even provided earplugs in case we needed them. Overall a great place!

The host is great at communicating, giving us lots of advice and information. The place is beautiful, great place, metro didn't disturb us at all. The room was small, but perfect and well-equipped for sleeping over. We'll be sure to use this place on our next visit to Istanbul.

Hello you love. I was in Istanbul for a few days and wanted a cheap, clean place with a very good location. And I found all this too. You can just be at the taxi square in 5 minutes. The bus, train and long-distance buses are also within walking distance. (there is a bus directly from Sabiha Gökçen airport to the vicinity of the hotel(10 min walk to the hotel), and the 45min to 1st hour bus ride will only cost you 125 lira) I will stay there again next time. The host is always friendly and very helpful. The cleaner was also totally pleasant. All employees always do their best to ask if everything is okay. Thank you!!
