Ludo welcomed us in person and shown me around the place, he was super friendly and kind. The stay offered off-street parking at the back of its garden, which feels much safer than parking on the street. The location is not prime, but the walk to town centre takes 5-10 mins only which is perfectly fine for us. It was a nice stay overall.

Very nice accommodation, remarkable cleanliness Tastefully decorated, nothing is lacking. The feeling of going home, having come for the professional side, I would not hesitate to recommend the place. And of course to come back in the future on a future trip. Easily accessible to go to Arras, Lille, the Louvre-Lens.... At the moment of course the beautiful Christmas market of Arras and its beautiful square. Our region is rich in history, so there's plenty to discover.

Wow! What a wonderful place. Definitely the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything looked just like the photos, if not better. We were lucky enough to have the pool and wellness centre to ourselves because the other apartment was empty during our stay. We'd highly recommend and will return if staying in the area again. Arras is a really lovely town to visit too.

Oliver was the perfect host. Friendly and very helpful. Both the inside and outside spaces were welcoming, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Olivier took his time with the use of a translator app to chat to us. Would highly recommend this property. Only caution is very steep stairs for physically impaired guests.
