A lovely quiet place with a garden near Paris. The cottage is nice and clean. The garden is a great place to unwind after a day in Paris. A 10-minute drive away, there is a parking garage to park the car and from there Paris is easily accessible by public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to reach.

Rental totally as described, availability from Virginia to answer any questions, very peaceful place, in short I highly recommend it.

The villa is very luxurious, all the rooms were impeccable and original worthy of its name. I highly recommend, great for celebrating an event and dazzling every guest. It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. this is the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Anne is so warm and welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The apartment is much more beautiful than in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable and we thought we had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer really nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, easy to walk to great restaurants and Notre Dame cathedral. I really enjoyed learning about the history of the building and the apartment. We forward to visiting again, hopefully for more than a few days!

A nice stay with large garden and nice pool. Catherine is incredibly welcoming and nice. We were here with our daughter of 1 and also for her things were well arranged such as a baby cot and a high chair. Very nice! You can walk to the village to get fresh bread every day. There are many nice places to visit in the surroundings, including Paris of course. We had a great time!

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

We stayed there with a friend, the villa space allowed everyone to enjoy a friendly moment while being able to have privacy. I would recommend this villa for its calm, location and amenities.

We had a gorgeous return trip to stay at Laurent’s place. It is a haven and we enjoyed the peace and the swimming as well as bike rides around Chantilly seeing the horses racing at the Chateaux was great! Fab trips into Paris - so easy by train — and the endlessly gorgeous cats. Such a treat for us and a real break. Many thanks for having us back.

Great value for money. The owner and her husband were very flexible and helpful, trying to help with everything. The apartment itself is just like the pictures, but it's small enough. I would recommend it mainly for couples, but we could fit a group of 2 friends, but the size of the bed isn't too big. The location is suburban, but you can quickly get inside by metro in the center. Plus, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace.

This was our second stay at Anne’s wonderful little house, such was our experience the first time. We loved it, and it was great to see Anne again. She is a great host, who does her utmost to make the stay as good as she can with nice welcoming touches like sweets, honey and drinks. Thank you for another great stay!

Frederic's place is very well located (2 mns walk from "le Val d'Or" train station), comfortable and quiet. Frédéric is very responsive and helpful. The place has lots of character as he obviously leaves in it (all his belongings are in the flat). Highly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manuel’s comfortable apartment. We had everything we needed, it has lots of charm and the location is great, in a quiet residential street, yet close to the metro, shops and bars. Manuel was very easy to communicate with and ready to offer any help or info we might need.

Basilio is a responsive and available host..we had a small problem with the washing machine and he immediately found a solution...our dog was also welcome..we recommend this accommodation without hesitation
