Cottage vacation rentals in Achaea

Clean, spacious, easy parking (we left the vehicle just below) and with a huge balcony overlooking the sea from its right. We visited it in March so we couldn't enjoy the extra amenities offered during the warm months without removing anything from the experience. Its large living room over the supervision of Pythia is ideal for a large group and its rooms, large and bright, for quiet rest. The service was immediate in everything we needed and the welcome definition of hospitality. Thank you for everything, Mr. Panayiotis, and I will see you again.

Beautiful and serene location! Loved the old charm of the cottage, and my kids were so happy to have a dog next door that they could love through the fence. Lots of things to do at the house, and we enjoyed having a fire each night. I was sad that I didn’t read the fine print and there was not a hot tub available but honestly our stay was wonderful regardless. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse! The host Christos was super nice — always quick to reply and helped us with everything we needed. The place is just like in the pictures: quiet, private, with a beautiful green yard, a jacuzzi, and a terrace with a BBQ area. We especially loved the swallows living in the yard — they made the place feel even more special. After the busy city life, this was the perfect spot to relax for the weekend. Would definitely come back!

We visited Natasha's beautiful and welcoming house during the New Year. We had a pleasant stay, full of warmth and happy family moments! The house is completely renovated, with modern conveniences and maintains the local folklore. Highly recommend :)

Very good stay experience. The house like the photos, the garden big and perfect for our dog. The area very close to Vytina and Levidi. Nice relaxing and quiet. Yannis was direct in communication and very helpful. Of course it is recommended.

If I could, I would give Soula and the location of their house 6 stars. Soula greeted us kindly, with gifts and homemade food in the fridge. The location of the house was exactly like that, we wished it: very private,right on a beautiful beach with open terrace. We were surprised by the number of rooms - the photos in the ad suggest that there are several bedrooms: The children's room is a bunk bed above the parent bed (in this room is the only air conditioning), another is in the kitchen and the fourth on the terrace.. no problem for us,but just not as expected. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need if you want to take care of yourself. As for cleanliness, don't look so closely. In any case we would come back!!

We arrived in the evening. Melina and her husband welcomed us personally and very warmly. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We felt right at home: fresh linens, clean towels, well-kept interiors, stylish and minimalist decor, clean and fully functional kitchenette. Cutlery, plates, pots all matching, clean, very functional. The bathroom was very pleasant: good water pressure, hot water, nice glass shower cabin. We originally only wanted to stay 2 nights and then rescheduled and extended! The best: breakfast in the morning on the small balcony in the bright sunshine. I've never felt so welcome on Airbnb! Efthymia's father was very generous with many homemade treats and checked in on us daily to see if we were okay. Apart from that, we had our privacy and enjoyed the garden. It smells of tangerine blossoms and you can pick herbs for cooking. The apartment was very cozy, like a home. The amenities were also good, everything was super clean. The kitchen was actually a bit too small for cooking, but we were easily able to overlook that in view of all the beauty. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you for the wonderful time, Yannis!

Enchanting house. Completely private. Well equipped and everything worked. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Very good communication with the host. Despite a long unpaved road, easily accessible. Restaurant and shopping can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The house was clean and equipped with welcome greetings. Wonderful night sky. We would book again.

Such an amazing home for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The yard was amazing and felt like we were able to get a nice break from the Greek heat out there in the shade during the day. The host was so amazing, responsive, and friendly. We ran into her at the beach and her husband patiently taught my kids how to skip rocks. Definitely recommend this home and kind hearted, lovely host!

It has been a great stay! Our host Christine took very good care of us, explained everything, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The house is incredibly spacious and well-equipped, perfect for accommodating a larger group. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the bathrooms, along with all other rooms, were absolutely clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals for our group. We particularly loved the cozy living area, which was a perfect spot for our group to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The outdoor spaces were equally spacious and a perfect area for socializing and enjoying the beautiful weather. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We had a fantastic time! The location couldn't be better. It's right opposite the beach where we swam every evening. The beach has lots of cafes where you can get food, drinks and loungers, but it isn't noisy or busy. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Especially good for kids - there's an IKEA cot and high chair and some toys.

Konstantinos, is an excellent host, very helpful, always on the spot and very warm and friendly, I highly recommend him, the house and decor are simply stunningly beautiful, warmly designed, and very aesthetic, there was nothing missing, and he was immediately there and always open to questions. The lovely animals around, make your heart beat faster, around a perfect stay, not far, to the small village, with very hospitable people, is definitely worth a trip and only recommended. We stayed at Katia's home for two weeks in August, and it has been by far one of the best vacations we had in years. We were two families with 4 children and the lovely and spacious house had more than enough room to acomodate us all, the rooms are clean and have enough storage, the beds are extremely comfortable, the lovely courtyard is filles with lemon trees and has enough space to run around in, and most of all a lovely peddal beach is just outside of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for cooking meals and there are enough shops and supermarkets 5 min drive. This has been a most delightful stay most of all because of the gracious and thoughtful host katia is. She was so helpful with a lot of recomendation for day trips and restaurants, and made everything in her power to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Katia for your lovely home, and a beautiful vacation that will not be forgotten.

Perfect quiet place isolated from nearby willage, only few meters from small beach and crystal clear bay, nice snorkelling around

We had a wonderful seven days at the accommodation and felt at home from the very beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and daily use. The bed is super comfortable, and the view – both from the terrace and right from bed in the morning – is absolutely stunning. The large property is accessible, but also safely enclosed so the two lovely dogs living on the farm can roam freely while staying secure. Communication with the host was excellent: very friendly, quick to respond and full of helpful tips. Shops are just a short drive away, and the sea is also very easy to reach. Patras is about 35 minutes away by car – perfect for day trips. At the same time, the location is ideal for discovering the surrounding area, whether by hiking or simply exploring. We were completely satisfied and can absolutely recommend this place – we’d come back any time!

We travel a lot and we've been to many places. This however has been one of the best vacations we ever had. The house is just as it is advertised (a cottage). A cozy nice place with everything you need. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the three bedrooms with one living room were enough to accommodate all 8 of us (all 4 rooms were air conditioned). The kitchen was fully equipped and with lot of utensils. The highlight of the house is the location and the wonderful arranged backyard of the house right at the sea shore. It is something that you cannot have anywhere else. Angeliki (Gelina) was very helpful and was carrying enough to check if everything is OK with our holiday (although at the time during our vacation there were lot of fires around Athens and she had bigger worries on her own). Thank you Gelina for being such a wonderful host and we hope to be your guests again in the future :)

The place is perfect for family vacation especially if you’re into close-to-nature place, love serenity and unity with the nature in an austere but quite comfortable conditions. The neighborhood is very local, quiet with no touristic hustle around. The sea is literally at your doorstep, you just dive into the water right from the backyard. Lots of good restaurants with fresh seafood within five minutes drive radius. Vasiliss was super responsive and proactive in terms of provision comfort of our stay. I’m thankful to him for a pleasant stay wish him the best of luck!
