Beautiful accommodation! The apartment is cozy, clean and fully corresponds to the photos. All necessary appliances and amenities are available, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is great — close to shops, restaurants and attractions.

The apartment looks like shown on the pictures. The arrival went smoothly, but upon arrival the water, internet and air conditioning did not work. That same evening, a Cosmica employee came and resolved everything. Overall, communication was outstanding and perfect. After a very short time, messages were answered at any time of day. I got a great recommendation for a helicopter flight that was even booked and paid for in advance. We felt very well looked after. The location of the apartment is very central and both the marina, as well as the beach and Ferris wheel were within walking distance. The only drawback is that despite the height it was very noisy due to the traffic. In the afternoon it took a very long time to reach the apartment by taxi / Uber, as the streets are overcrowded. All in all, however, everything worked out and Cosmica looked after us very well.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Gary and Sush were outstanding hosts, and their property was immaculate—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The view overlooking Yas Links golf course is stunning, and the sunsets from the balcony are truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Yas Island to stay with them again.

Excelent location, few steps to the beach shops and restaurants. Big 2BR flat with nice terrace. Easy and clear communication with owner. We have been satisfied.

The apartment was great. Very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. You can walk to the marina beach in a few minutes. We were allowed to use the parking space in the garage for free. Thank you Luc, we will definitely be back

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was 15 minutes from the metro. There are plenty of small grocery shops to use. The people on the front desk were friendly. The room was easy to get into and we were given good instructions on what to do. I loved the views and you can see the buildings by the marina from the balcony. There was a welcome pack and also some big bottles of water was provided and mini KitKat's. I would stay here again if I was to come again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Gary and Sush are fantastic hosts. Everything was sorted for check-in and check-out. Never felt like anything was a bother and their communication/instructions are friendly, clear and concise. To top it all off, the apartment is great and in the perfect location for our trip. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to come and stay again.

5 Stars – Outstanding Stay! Staying at Bez’s place in JVC was an absolute pleasure. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bez was a fantastic host—super responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the setup, from the cozy furniture to the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend Bez’s place to anyone looking for a quality stay in JVC. I’ll definitely be back!

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

Michael is really proactive in communication and from the moment the booking is confirm, he will take you in charge by message and ensure a smooth arrival. Regarding the area, there are two supermarkets in walking distance from where you can do all groceries you need (or directly enjoy food from the restaurant there) and cook everything in the shared kitchen. The room got a private fridge if you need to store anything fresh. If you come by car, the whole area is free, but from around 7-8pm it become busy and finding a free spot can require some creativity.

Michael's place is located in a great location with a spectacular view of the Eye at night. the balcony was perfect. Great walking location. There is a Nespresso machine but no bodum or drip coffee maker. Bed and sofa are comfy. The shower flow is underwhelming and it is awkward to fill the tub. Great building amenities.

Host was really responsive and helpful throughout the whole experience, and the whole booking and entering process was extremely smooth. The apartment itself was great too, it felt like home!

Resma is very friendly and always was responsive to any requests. The apartment had everything as described.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

Shadi was so helpful and communicative. I stayed at her place with my daughter for one month and it was beautiful! My highlight - being able to watch the sunset from the apartment balcony every evening. 10/10 highly recommend - thank you for hosting us, Shadi! :-)

Irnee's apartment was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and very cozy. We liked everything very much, and we felt at home. The location is excellent, and communication with Irnee was always quick and straightforward. We will definitely be happy to come back. Thanks for the great hospitality!

This rental is excellent if your looking for a quiet place with everything you need. You can get to a supermarket, restaurants and barber shop in a quick walk. It's plenty to do on Yas Island and this location is a good home base to explore Yas Island and Abu Dhabi as a whole.

If you want a clean, luxurious stay at a great premium location, Ali’s AirBnb is the place to be. Ali is a very proactive and helpful host. Ended up making a friend for life, while enjoying my stay in Dubai :)
