The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Luca's apartment is delicious and equipped with every comfort. Luca was available to provide us with directions and suggestions to fully enjoy the beauty of the area. It was a really pleasant stay!

Simone is an impeccable host, available from the beginning to the end of the vacation for any questions or concerns. The house has all the comforts, we found it clean and cozy, not to mention the view of the mountains. A strategic location for the main ski resorts, you can reach the village with a pleasant walk. I recommend to everyone a few days of relaxation in this house, we are already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed as a couple for 6 days, Emilia allowed us to check in earlier, making us welcome by the very kind husband, although Emilia came the same to meet us, the thing that impressed me was her discretion, it seemed like she was in our home, the house is a dream, the lake view delights you, it is like staying in a luxury hotel, with the convenience of being at home, the lake beach is very close on foot, what to say ...thank you emilia... Super recommended ...

We had a long weekend at Giovanna's place. The house was warm and cozy and there was everything we needed. Giovanna was always available to meet our needs. The location is perfect right in front of the slopes, with bars and restaurants below the house. I recommend it to those who want to spend a few days in the mountains!

It's not my first time staying in Giancarlo and Barbara's apartment. After a couple of years of absence, I came back with great pleasure. The apartment is very nice, cozy and comfortable, it has everything you need for a 10-day stay as in my case. Central and quiet location, a short walk from the Corso di Roccaraso. Parking available in the area. The gifts found when you arrive are very welcome. From Barbara it is like feeling at home... she is an excellent Host, very caring, kind and precise in her communication, she often found out about our stay and any needs. We were a big family from the age of 13 up to 82 spending nine lovely days in this amacing house. Everything with the house, and surrounding area was much better than expected. The location is a well hidden treasure. The house was very warm and welcoming, we all felt at home. The host, Rolanda, was very easy to communicate with. Fast responding on our questions during the stay. The housekeeper, Cinzia, took great care of the house and helped us with local questions at place. We highly recommend this house for your holiday and we would love to return soon again. A big thank you from all of us to both Rolanda and Cinzia! :)

This was a great apartment. Close to everything we needed. And gorgeous views of the mountains from the balconies. When we had a minor problem our host immediately called a repair person. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed cooking. Only small thing was that we could have used more light in the kitchen. But we were there in winter. Might be more natural light in summer.

the stay at Antonio's property was perfect. The large and cozy house is well-stocked and clean. Antonio and his mom are super helpful and friendly for any needs and questions. Perfect location to visit all the destinations in the surrounding areas.
