Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Abidjan Autonomous District

I love the house. It’s weary well decorated, spacious and clean. By far the best features are the garden and the spacious living room. The area is very quiet and secure near embassies. 10’ walk to the ITC where you will find a good choice of restaurants. Seriously recommended!!

The apartment matched the pictures that I saw on the app. It is well kept, equipped and very clean. I was very happy during the one month that I spent in the apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing an apartment in Abidjan. Mory, the housekeeper who periodically visits to clean and maintain the apartment, is very polite and a great help. There is just one thing that I would like Maelle to reconsider - the issue of the air conditioning in the living room, for which they have a separate €15 per day charge. Abidjan is extremely humid and guests need to use the air conditioning there, without having to deal with an additional €450 per month charge, which is too steep. For perspective, I rented a two-bedroom apartment in Cairo, Egypt for $650 per month, all bills included. I recommend that you add a little bit to the daily rate for the house, so guests can use all the air conditioners (there are 2 in the two bedrooms, which I used freely) whenever they need it.

We had a great time with the family in Blair's Villa Martine. The villa is very comfortable, very clean, with all the necessary amenities, see a little more. The neighborhood is quiet, secure and well located - very easy to call a Yango and get around. The big plus is the cleaning does 3x per week. Communication with the host is very easy and super responsive. I order without hesitation for a comfortable and "stress-free" family stay!

Successful girls stay. It was nice . Very comfortable the house is large and in a secure residence so you feel safe. I think I'll come back with the kids because the house is really nice for now . In front of the tar and the road when you leave the residence with the multiple means of transport. Well located there is enough to do on a radius of minus 20 min I recommend it. Thanks Georges

Best place to stay in Bassam. Wonderful hosts. This is my second visit. Have all your meals here. Both the host and her housekeeper are Master Chefs of Ivorian, French and Béninoise cuisine. Patricia " Patouschka" makes delicious ginger juice and local condiments that are divine. It's a short walk to the picturesque lagoon and less than a minute to The Artisan Village. Beautiful accommodation, well equipped and very well maintained. The residence is located in a very accessible area of Zone 4 which allow walking outings and a very quick arrival from the airport. Vivienne is warm and responsive and the young woman in charge of hosting is always available, discreet and very helpful.

Everything went well during my stay in Ben's property. I was there with my 6-year-old boy and especially enjoyed the pool. I had a great stay, the property is very refined, tastefully decorated and you quickly feel at home. I would recommend this property for your upcoming Abidjanais stay.

The place is absolutely perfect. However, the host should improve their communication unless they prefer to adopt a style of communication to a type of visitor.

Patricia is a very polite, friendly and welcoming host. The housing she rents out is worth the money — it is clean, comfortable, with a beautiful terrace, a very convenient location and a fenced area with cozy streets. If safety, silence, and tranquility are important to you, stay in Patricia's apartment. There are also many high-quality cafes and restaurants, grocery stores nearby. It is also quite convenient to get to the central areas, such as Biétry and the Plateau (30-45 min. by taxi — 5,000-6,000 FCFA).

Armel and his family take care of you. You arrive, there are already some necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Always very responsive to the slightest concern. Several shops, restaurants and bus lines nearby and a neighborhood shop just across the street.
