Large and beautiful accommodation in Camporgiano, a small village in Garfagnana. Great value for money and perfect location for different walks or hikes on the Apuan Alps. Large, well-organized accommodation and the garden is a treat for having breakfast in the morning with the sun.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Elisabetta was super helpful and precise for check-in, directions and suggestions in the area. The house is beautiful, cozy, great for a weekend escape from the city and immersion in nature. Super equipped, clean, possibility to use the fireplace. Great walks nearby. Breakfasts with typical breads and sweets were exceptional. Highly recommended accommodation!

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the view is a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful in all matters. Glad to come back!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Very awesome! Great historic story behind the tower. The stairs outside to get up to the tower were slick when wet. And there are a lot of them. Otherwise wonderful stay!!

My husband and I were looking for a peaceful retreat in Tuscany and were so happy to find Barbara’s place. It’s a true gem tucked away in the mountains, perfect for quiet mornings before heading out on day trips to Pisa and Lucca. We loved the cozy home, the warmth of the fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lovely terrace. Since we visited in late March, it was still quite chilly, so we needed heating at night and didn’t get to try the pool—but that didn’t take away from the magic of our stay. Barbara was always responsive and friendly, making us feel welcome from start to finish.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. It was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring Florence. Filippo was a fantastic host and super helpful, offering to bring us a high chair for our baby on our first day. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Francesco’s place. It was within walking distance to everything. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was just as described and Francesco and his team went over and above to allow us to check in early and store our luggage when we had to check out. They were so friendly and easy to work with. This Airbnb has an elevator and it has about 1 and a half flight of stairs up to the location. Once again, we highly recommend this Airbnb for the walk ability of its location as well as the kindness of the hosts. Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out very flexible, which I truly appreciated. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning sunset view, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay, little bit outside the city center which is what I prefer, but it's absolutely walkable with the tram a 5 minute walk away. It's quiet, peaceful, and smells of the blooming wisteria. The garden is a pleasure to be in. The hosts were responsive and made it very easy to check in and to know where and how to get around. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Florence.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. There were so many areas to lounge outside with beautiful views. The double beds were a little bit hard but the single beds were more comfortable. The grocery stores are very close to pick up any things that were not stocked at the accommodation. You must have a car to get to this location as it is on the hill on a very narrow winding road.

An amazing, spaceous and beautiful located estate. Highly recommended.
