With spectacular views and walks from the doorstep you'll work up a good appetite for eating in the excellent nearby restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the cosy log burner and the roll top baths. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Just home from a lovely couple of nights away- 2 families, four children ranging from 4-14 and one dog. The house was immaculate, really well equipped and beautiful. The space worked well for two families and different aged children. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen space/ dining was fabulous and social. Very grateful for the milk and cake on arrival, useful items such as dishwasher tablets etc and the dog was delighted with her doggy chocolate bar! Great location- minutes from Hay. Came to visit some family who live locally and will most likely be back. Thank you. 🙏

We only spent around 8 hours at the apartment due to being there for just one night for a wedding. We didn’t explore the local area or make the most of the apartment but for what we needed and used it for, it worked really well. Much better than staying in a cramped hotel room!

We spent a fantastic 5 days here. Location was perfect- lovely and quiet but not too far to drive to all the must see places. Accommodation was exactly as described. Modern and cosy with everything you need. Perfect for two adults and my 4 & 8 year old. Kids loved looking at the cows and sheep on the fields opposite and found a very friendly cat too! Amanda was very quick to reply to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and host and hopefully we will be back again.

Really lovely place in the heart of Brecon National Park. Perfect stay for a small group of friends- the place was lovely and modern. Loved the fire heated hot tub! 20 mins drive to Pen-Y-Fan and 20 mins drive to the Four waterfalls walk. Massive Aldi a 5 min walk or drive away. Jamie was a really helpful host.

The farmhouse is set in stunning countryside with breathtaking views all around. Everything was spotless and so well looked after — the cleanliness really stood out. I booked this very last minute and Vicky was very obliging. Thoughtful touches such as complementary milk and cereals were available and she apologised that there wasn’t more as I was last minute. Easy check in, Onsite parking and a short walk to a pub serving carvery and other meals. I immediately felt comfortable in the well laid out apartment. Well equipped kitchen/ diner. Sofa for watching tv if that’s your thing. Extremely comfortable bed with spacious shower upstairs. All in all, perfectly suited my needs. Will be booking again.
