Beach house vacation rentals in Aberaeron

Fantastic modern house with all mod cons. The views are breathtaking over Aberporth....only downside a new house is under construction adjacent to the main living room which takes away some of those views....and although close to completion....scaffolding is an eyesore. Still fabulous stay and would go back to Aberporth again.

The house is lovely, beautifully decorated, amazing colours. The location is great, although parking can be a bit tricky (in general, in many streets in New Quay). The yard at the back is enclosed and handy if you are taking dogs, although the main garden isn't escape proof (but the beach is a stone's throw away, so, not an issue). There are plenty of warm and welcoming pubs and restaurants near by (within walking distance). The beds are big and very comfortable, in fact, my daughter was reluctant to leave her's behind! There's a big sized bathroom with lush toiletries. Caroline is environmentally-friendly minded too (i.e. toilet paper and no throw away unnecessary packaging for toiletries, recycling etc). There is always plenty of hot water. There's a pod coffee machine in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, albeit a little small, but still adequate. We took our Ninja Air Fryer with us for the Christmas dinner roasties. Everything turned out lovely. Thank you. :)

Fantastic stay , this was our third time going to Newquay for New Year’s Eve. It’s always quiet and peaceful . The cottage was perfect stay for our small dog and 2 year old son . Main beach is so close and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere . Cottage was Cosy and perfect

Great house, very clean, with plenty of space for a trip with extended family. Photos don't do justice to the amount of room. Lovely large kitchen and 2 living rooms. Spacious bathrooms. Very comfortable. Just across the road from the seafront and near a dog friendly beach which our dog loved. Clear communication from time of booking. All really appreciated and would recommend.

such a beautiful property, its had some refurbishment work since the last time we stayed and is even better, it's nice to see a host put some money into the property to keep improving it. as always Bev is super helpful and responsive, we can't wait to come back (again)

A fantastic townhouse, my favourite parts were the stunning attic master suite and views, and stepping over the garden gate onto the beach. Easy to check in and out. There are a lot of stairs, but if this is a worry you’d have everything you need within the ground and first floor. I was solo-travelling, but could imagine this house being perfect for an extended family get-together. Loved this house.

We had a great stay at Rowena’s place in New Quay. Close to the coastal path. Was amazing to see the dolphins from the harbour wall. Totally magical!

We had a brilliant stay at Avondale. Cottage was very comfortable with all amenities needed. Super views of estuary from cottage and gardens. Ideally located to enjoy St Dogmaels, Cardigan and Poppit Sands beach. Louisa was very helpful throughout.

We had a great stay in Anthony’s place over Christmas. The house is very well equipped for a perfect stay, the view from the lounge and kitchen are to die for. Great walking trials on the door step, quick easy 5 minutes drive into Cardigan town centre with all amenities & coffee shops you could need! Would definitely stay again

We would like to say thank you Joy for allowing us the use of your home. We love Borth, we used this as a base for our wedding, we wanted minimal fuss and only a handful of people were aware this was happening, your home was perfect for this. A good size, well equipped, peaceful and handy for transport into Aberystwyth. The view from the upstairs lounge of the sea was absolutely fantastic. It was a home from home, very clean, and had everything that you may need. Detailed instructions around the house on various important things were extremely useful. We couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely beautiful holiday home (it is pink 😊) The area is beautiful and you definitely get the chance to see dolphins! Linzi was the perfect host and answered my questions quickly and also gave me lots of local information about where to go. This was a lovely holiday, our first as a group of 7 ( two different families) and everyone really enjoyed it. The house more than catered for us all. 2 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 child. The only downside, the hill 😱🤣 Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home Linzi 🥰

We had a lovely stay in the Upper Vestry. Spacious, comfortable and well located. Three adults and two kids had more than enough room. Kitchen has everything you need and Debbie provided a guestbook with information on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Jessica’s place for 3 nights over new year. 4 adults, 2 teens, 1 child and 2 dogs - plenty of space for everyone. The house caters for all needs, lots of DVDs, books and games available. Downstairs electric shower isn’t great so we mostly made use of the bath but ideal having 2 bathroom spaces. The house is directly opposite the beach which was very dog friendly at this time of the year - barely saw anyone there but then it was freezing! There are some small local shops but most weren’t open during our stay. House does need some updating, but ideal while travelling as a big group with dogs. Thanks for letting us stay Jessica!

A comfortable homely cottage which was also spacious for a family of four plus a dog. Also within easy reach of Poppit Sands and Cardigan. Enjoyed a meal at the Ferry Inn within walking distance from the cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the summer. Thank you

Perfectly appointed accommodation - cosy yet with plenty of space. Well equipped, very clean and off street parking, could easily park two cars if needed. Great location easy walking distance to town and just a short distance down to the estuary at the Parrog. Nice to have outside space but would not trust our dog off lead as a couple of the hedges didn’t look totally impenetrable!

Parrog House is a beautifully situated, large house, virtually on the sea front in Newport. Despite being a large old building, the aga and log fire made it feel very cosy, even in the midst of winter storms. The kitchen and dining room were great for dinner with family and friends but there are also some great pubs close by (walking distance) if you want a night off cooking. With 4 showers and 5 toilets there were also ample facilities for everyone, which is great when your group includes teenagers as ours did. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely terrific stay at Green Meadows. David and Sally have refitted their home to a high standard, and the whole house is welcoming and comfortable. The mesh WiFi was terrific and we were able to hold video calls and play online games at the same time without any problems. The location is great - a short walk to all of Newport’s shops and restaurants, as well as to the beach and Parrog down the hill. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in future.

The cottage is very cosy and it is an amazing location. You can walk into Newport which has many fab pubs and restaurants. There are also many great walks straight from the cottage door. It was great to park the car up and not have to drive. The cottage had everything we needed and we would not hesitate to return.

Marc’s property was an ideal holiday home for the week. We could walk from the front door and enjoy the scenery. The village has everything you need and it’s only a short drive to a variety of wonderful places to visit. This was perfect for us. We all loved our time here.
