We were hosted very well by Anna and her son, who are also very nice. The accommodation is in a perfect location for enjoying La Caletta and the surroundings with beautiful beaches nearby. Even if unfortunately we could not enjoy good weather conditions... The accommodation and terrace are very nice. A small black mark for the leaking shower, otherwise everything is perfect. The ability to access the city center and the beach on foot is a real asset! I would highly recommend it!

What stood out on top of the house was James' and Federica's proactive communication and high responsiveness including tips to navigate / explore the area. I can highly recommend!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

A perfect stay! The house is ideally located in the hill, quiet, with sea view. It is very functional and with the advantage of having 2 terraces, to be used according to the sunshine. The owners are welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Finally, the small seaside resort of Isola Rossa, 10 min drive, is very lively.

Lovely vacation home in a strategic location because just outside San Teodoro and a few minutes by car from the most famous beaches in the area, but the highlight is the tranquility that surrounds it, an agglomeration of houses immersed in silence. The outdoor space then allows you to eat out and relax under the porch. The owners are super helpful and welcoming. Recommended.

It was a good base to explore the winter to explore the wonderful surroundings, be it the mountains, the sea and the beautiful beaches of the east coast or the Nuragic culture. The house was preheated when we arrived, even the wood fire was burning. Nice terrace to have breakfast outside. A house with a colorful interior and friendly hosts.
