Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Aarhus

Wonderful house where you will find peace. Spacious, cozily furnished. No coffee maker available (bring instant coffee). Located in breasty neighborhood, 2 department stores and bakery in the vicinity. We used this stay as a base for Billund (legoland and lego-house) 45 min travel time.

Peter's house is spacious ( double living room!) with a very pleasant exterior, all very quiet in this neighborhood full of holiday cottages. The walking proximity to the beach is a great asset, everything being not far from Arthus. Peter's communication went very smoothly. Thank you

This is a beautiful home in Aarhus. It has everything you need for a family trip. Great living space and a garden with a lot of options to play for kids. Fantastic location, very close to the city center.

We felt comfortable from the beginning and enjoyed staying with Lennart very much. The property is in close proximity to the sea and there is plenty to experience in the area. Lennart was always easily accessible, helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

Functional house and very well kept. Carport for vehicle parking. Wifi, washing machine, dryer. Everything is there. 3 beds: a large, medium and a small one. Convenience store nearby (Lidl), but beware of parking, remember to display the time on the parking disc at the windscreen of your vehicle. Not being used to this method, I was fined on the last day: 855 DKK! (To be paid on the website of the private company that manages all this). In Denmark, parking is highly objectionable. Great communication with the owners. Anyway, highly recommended.

Sidsel is a fabulous host and her home is super authentic - an actual lived in and well loved home. The location is perfect. She was very helpful to us in a particular circumstance where we needed to call a taxi but technology wouldn’t allow it. Thank you sidsel!

I stayed in Maria’s apartment for four days together with my family and we had a lovely time. The apartment is situated in a very nice area of Aarhus and is within walking distance to the city centre. It is very modern and has two bedrooms with double beds. Fantastic spacious artistic decorated apartment near the city center. Three lovely bedrooms, perfect kitchen and a large living room.

We loved Nooras Appartment! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. But the highlight is the location: you are directly in the city center and at the Harbour, with a beautiful view over the water. Restaurants und shops are nearby. This also means, that it is noisy at night as a bar nearby plays loud music outside. But with the windows closed, that is no problem. We totally recommend this beautiful place and would love to come back!

This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

Lovely oasis in the sky, and Nynne was a very caring host. When we told her we were nervous to use her stove, she called us immediately and explained kindly how to work it. The amenities provided were great and the house had a home away from home feeling to it. Nynne also left some great local recommendations. Would gladly visit again, thankyou for making our time in Aarhus wonderful!

Large spacious apartment containing everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Perfect location with walking distance to the city center as well as 4 min bike drive to mtb track start in the west forest. Host couples are extremely helpful and welcoming.
