We enjoyed our stay very much! It was clean, well stocked, nicely located to metro and restaurants, and a view of the Eiffel Tower. Exactly as described. I would definitely stay there again with just my husband and me. Be aware that the second shower located in the main bedroom is quite small. The first bathroom has both a shower and tub, plenty of space.

Can’t beat the location if you are planning to spend time at Versailles. Steps away from a convenient side gate to the main palace. Area is quiet and peaceful at night but still walkable to restaurants. Great place to stay!

Clean studio, secured building entrance, with easy accessible private parking was the best thing for us. Location was good considering using our own car. The check in instructions were clear. Although The studio was small but that didn’t annoy us since most of the day we were outside and return at sleeping time. A supermarket and a pizza shop (five pizza original which we like) are a 5-10 minutes walk.

We had such a great visit to Paris and were very happy with this apartment. Genevieve was consistent and clear with communication, the beds were comfortable, the space was fine for our family of six, and we would definitely stay here again.

Just right in front of the Eiffel Tower and lots of eatery nearby. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Spacious apartment and everything is provided. The only thing that could be improved is the shower condition. It was a challenge to shower without flooding the floor. The stair case might be a challenge if you have heavy bulky luggage, we had a huge luggage, but managed to do fine. Defo a great fine and we are glad to came upon this apartment. 5 star!

Despite some management problems, I highly recommend this place. Great design (fantastic lighting, style, every detail of apartment was well thought out). Lots of towels and nespresso pods. Daily housekeeping! Great location. I ended up staying in 3 different rooms thru their website (little studio is really only for 1 person. The 1-bedroom is fantastic). However, internet didn't work for the week I stayed -management did little to solve and it was never fixed.

Excellent place, spacious for the area, with everything you need, in a perfect location! Don’t be scared by the photos of the glass wall in the living room. Outside is a private alley that is very quiet and feels like personal space with beautiful plants all around. Highly recommended!

this location cannot be beat! you can walk to almost anywhere. wifi was excellent, there were basic things like tea and coffee available, also pots and pans and two burner induction cooktop. big fridge, microwave toaster etc. plus washing machine. very close to great bakery and arts et métiers metro stop. canal saint martin also close by foot. excellent location and comfy double bed, nice linens, and sofa for one person to sleep. bedroom very cozy and quiet, with nice reading lighting. i appreciated his quick responses on the app w any questions.

This loft was perfectly located in the heart of Marais on a quiet street which is great for rest when needed. The stylish place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom provided a wonderful bathing experience with a rain shower. The place is just as pictured and better in person. ;) the host also accommodated a late check out! We had to rent Reva's apartment at very short notice, as our original booking had been canceled by the host at short notice. That's why we were extremely grateful that Reva was extremely friendly and quick to communicate and very flexible with check-in. The apartment is extremely beautiful and tastefully furnished and fully met our expectations! The location is perfect and the apartment is still quiet; the kitchen equipment is basic, but there are a lot of exciting restaurants in the neighborhood. Thank you so much, it was very nice! I'd love to come back :)

Roberto was a great, welcoming and responsive host and the place was cool, clean and tidy. It is in a nice neighbourhood and we enjoyed our stay during the Paris Olympics. Price was on a higher side compared to what should be the fair price for this accommodation. I would recommend this place for family with young kids. I will return in future. Good Luck Roberto.

Pros: Excellent location, clean apartment, comfortable beds. We were literally close to everything we wanted to see for our first time in Paris. The apartment was very clean and modern just as pictured. The elevator was really nice when getting our luggage into the apartment. Cons: They almost exclusively used the canned (automatically sent) Airbnb communications. I sent a note at booking and before arrival saying that I booked the day earlier so I can be assured I could get into the apartment early next morning. There was no response from the apartment management. We had some trouble finding the apartment initially, I called the phone number provided and no one picked up. We ended up figuring it out, but it would have been nice if they answered the phone number they provided for help. That being said, it was still an excellent stay and we would book again.

Alexis place was perfectly located with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The building is of easy access. The apartment had a nice living room and a full kitchen. The rooms were tidy and clean, as you'd expect. We were very happy with our stay. Recommended!

Karim and Sonia's place in Charonne was absolutely divine. We felt right at home, and the kids and us absolutely loved the quirky 70s decor, Star Wars and pop culture icon themes, so many books and art, it was right up our alley. Not to mention that the beautiful alleyway (passage) was so inspiring and the area gave us a real true taste of hipster vs. classic Paris. Lots to see, very central, great cafes and places to eat, and stores galore. Absolutely loved it. Karim is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, and Sonia and her family are truly beautiful and inspiring. It really was a home away from home and we will definitely return!

We loved our stay here. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower and so much to do in the neighborhood. There is a backstreet at the end of the apartment’s street with so many restaurants and other good spots to eat that we didn’t know about until we got there. Diane was a great host and very quick to respond to all of our questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
